AMC Sunset Place 24, South Miami FL

Okey place, lots of screens including premium formats. The theater I watched had no reclining chair and very small screen. Restrooms and general areas are not very clean. Overcrowded during weekend, have to wait 15-20 minutes for concession unless you are a amc premium stub member. Also hard to find parking and its expensive, you can validate the parking ticket for 2 free hours. Parking ticket validation machine is near the front door with no sign, (almost hidden).

This is where I see movies. It's a great location for me as it is not that far from my house. Not sure if you live where I live. If you do, get out of my house and go find your own place. It's about time you start living like an adult.

Theater is good but you have to pay for parking even though they gave me some credit still had to pay 6.50 for parking and only saw a 2 hour movie

One of the main AMC theaters I go to. The main benefit is the charging stations in the garage. They are very rarely blocked by regular cars. I just wish AMC had a way to lower the price of charging as well as garage parking pricing. But overall the theater is always clean and now they offer a lot more reserved seating!

I liked the assigned seats but when we got to them there was garbage from the previous showing on them. The seats where comfortable after we removed the garbage. The prices for snacks are crazy.

This movie theater is one of our favorites. Popcorn is always fresh, and if you have the rewards cards you can save some money. The parking garage is very convenient. Make sure you take your parking ticket inside the movies so you can get it validated (way cheaper). Tons of movie selections. We go early Sundays and get an even better discount.

Movies are so expensive. But if you insist this isn't a bad place. Probably would go somewhere else though since here you pay for parking.

The lines seem unusually long. You park on one floor, You buy the ticket on a different floor, then have to go upstairs to see the movie. If you like mazes this place is for you!

There are a LOT of movies. 24 in all. The theaters seem clean. No problems there.

Plenty of seating. Fairly clean, sometimes the people working are friendly. The bar service was good (second time is when I found out I get points for drinks too!). Sometimes the movie goers are chatty and on their phoned:/

Need improvement when you purchase tickets. Long lines and only one cashier. Very bad service. Expect long delays. Recommend you go early or buy online tickets.

I just went and the owner's daughter plus three friends were doing flash photography and talking in the front near the screen during A Quiet Place. I could see their bright phone screens throughout the movie. The person next to me went to complain and the staff didn't do anything about it because she is the owner's daughter.

Super clean theatre and it was so close to my house. Everything is organized as well and bathrooms kept clean.

Sunday, April 8th, I went to the 7: 10pm showing of Black Panther at the AMC in Sunset Place. After waiting in the long concession line, I was finally able to order some nachos and cheese, to my surprise they now offered the pre-packaged cheese with the nachos. The cheese was not edible, I ended up throwing it away. Then during the entire screening of Black Panther, this weird and loud vibrating noise would start in the bottom right corner where the fire extinguisher was for about 2-3 minutes. This would happen every 20 minutes or so, very distracting during the entire movie. But this was the last straw for me, I was unfortunate enough to leave my only pair of Bebe reading glasses in the cup holder of where I was sitting. When I called the theater the next morning I spoke to a young man who informed me the glasses were not at the lost and found of the theater. I even left work early to stop by the theater this evening to search the lost and found, as well as the theater myself. There were a couple of items in the lost and found, but not my glasses. Unfortunately, I was told the glasses were thrown out by the late night cleaning crew. This was extremely disappointing. It was unfortunate that I left my glasses behind at the theater, but I was confident that someone on staff would be kind enough to return them considering how expensive glasses are, but that was not the case. I asked the Supervisor if it was possible to file a report, but she told me there was nothing they could do to help me. What's done is done. I was given the email address of the managers of the cleaning crews, but they keep bouncing back and do not go through. I was very disappointed with the level of customer care provided by the staff as they did not seem to care of my situation and were not very interested in helping me.
