DR. R. MACZOUCA treated me with such care and thoroughly explained everything to me. I felt like she actually gave me the time of day and didn’t rush anything. Also the team of America’s best is excellent!

I had an appointment scheduled for 3 weeks. 4 days before I got a text to confirm my appointment, I did. I called the day of my appointment to see if I could come in early and I was told my appointment had been canceled 3 days prior. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, confirmed it and had it canceled the next day. When I asked why it was cancelled it was because the doctor had no availability. How does the doctor lose availability on a Friday night so they could cancel on a Saturday? I Ifigured once I confirmed it, it was coinfirmed. I guess the old saying you get what you pay for applies to this place.

Everyone there was very helpful. The Dr.explained to me how my eyes were doing in a way that I could understand. The store associate Valerie broke down the total price and showed me exactly how much I was paying for each thing that I had done. Overall great visit and ended up paying alot less than expected.

I LOVE THIS PLACE️

Working overnights

The staff is great from the front to the back, all the women are professional courteous and very kind.

I arrived early and they got me in early.

But the best part is everybody remembered me and I felt like I was a member of the family!

DON'T CHANGE THE STAFF.
IT'S WORKING.

For many years my mom has going to different eye doctors to get the correct prescription. As always they always gave her the incorrect prescription glasses. I decided to take her to America’s Best. I can not express how happy my mom is. The doctor took her time to listen to us and make sure my mom had the best experience! My mom received her glasses on time not only was the experience amazing but my mom prescription is correct! Mom is happy that she can see clear from close to far! Thank you America’s Best you all did a amazing job!

I was nothing short of incredibly impressed by the level of service I received by the team especially Tempest. I was warmly welcomed and tended to immediately. I was extremely jetlagged and time poor following the long flight over from Australia with very important meetings over the next few days & they fixed my glasses quickly and without any problem or complaint despite requiring some specialised components & technical handiwork. I would highly recommend this store & should anyone I know have any eyeglass requirements in the Orlando area, I would very happily recommend this place without any reservation.

My son's glasses.not one but all always always break. They fall off, the side frames are always breaking.mind you I have bought several glasses in hopes that it was just the glasses I got but nope.no matter what style you get the glasses frames will break. Then when you call to replace them they will hassle you.instead of checking if you have insurance they will ask you to see if you even know you have insurance.lol. Then if you don't know for sure they will go oh so you just have a warranty on it.scamming people. Then try to get a new replacement and watch how that will go. Make you run around for service as if you don't have a life. Should be a simple process but ya it won't be. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Dr. Marzouca and her staff were amazing! They were caring and professional. I have been a loyal member of the America's Best family since 2017 and continue to receive excellent service. Tempest was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. She ensured that I left more than satisfied. If you want quality customer service and professional eye care, this is the place to go. This was the best eye exam I've had to date. The staff was courteous and efficient. The doctor was personable and explained my prescription. I would definitely recommend this location.

Made an appointment at 230 arrived early and there was no one else in the place. Waited over a half hour before someone else came in and was taken before us for the pre exam. When I asked why the other person was taken they said it was becausehe had an appointment 215 even though he didnt show up till 250. By 320 no one had been taken back to see the actual doctor. The doctor arrived at 330. And took back the guy that had the 215 appointment. No Idea why they would make appointments for when there wasnt a doctor even in the building. It was over an hour before we were seen and everything had an additional cost. They also wouldnt even write us a prescription. They said they had to order the trial pair of contacts to come in in 2 weeks, wear them for a week and see if they would even work. Good thing we didnt need anything urgently otherwise we would have had to go somewhere else just to get what we needed. The whole experience took more than 2 hours and we walked out without anything. They are cheap for a reason. Poor service and to scam you to pay more than what is advertised. Go somewhere a little more get better service and more for your money.

Horrible service. Also, most of the good reviews on here are fake. If you look at their main page it shows that they have 4.8 stars as far as reviews goes.but when you look at the actual reviews.you can see the real stars are 1.7 to 2.6.but they are still getting horrible reviews so I'm sure it is lower than that. Horrible service. There are several other eye places all around.just save your money and time cause this place is a waste of both.

They get you in with the sales price but by the time you get to the glasses and order them you end up with hundreds of dollars for a bill. It's like clickbait.so don't fall for the trap.

Been accustomed there for a few years bought several glasses but needed their help my eyes were irritated ask to talk to the doctor but wouldn't even let me know if the doctor could actually help me! Never again will I spend any money in a place that is so unhelpful not without a appointment drove a gour to get there

Woman at front desk was very condescending, came in from out of state had an emergency contact tear and willing to pay out of pocket. Was told it was illegal cause my script was not "finalized" I just saw the Dr. Before I left for work out of town. They would not work with me at all. That I needed to make an appointment. I just saw my Dr. A week ago. Buyer beware of what you pay for. They're like a "Spirit Airline" they nickel and dime you to death.

Amazing service! I have the membership and they took very good care of me when I had my eye exam. The Eye Doctor is very pleasant and she takes the time to explain everything. The staff is very nice and overall it was a great experience.:) P. S.: I really doubt the reviews are fake as someone had mentioned previously.

It's not what they offering you in there advertisement they want you to spend over $200 for a 69.95 advertisement. Also when I went to the store every personnel stud seated and i have to look my self for glasses and walk to them to get answers mean while i was the only person at that time. False advertisment

4 stars because the front desk lady’s was being not patient with me nor was she really trying to answer my questions. So I felt rush when I first walked in the but the female doctor that examined my eyes was very detailed about everything and made me feel comfortable for first time contacts! She was amazing would definitely come back to her!

Staff was not inviting nor friendly. Price goes up with each phase of the process. Features that should be part of any realistic base price are extra. The commercial led us in the door but the first moments with sales person ushered us out. What would have cost over 600.00 at this location was a little over 300 elsewhere.

Bad customer services, the staff in the front is really rude, and the 2 in the front desk supposed to welcome you (you are the first impression we have for the business) are a joke check what time is you appointment and move out of my front desks, sad because the Doctor is really nice and sweet and care about her patients, but her staff need to be a reflection of her.
