22I have been coming here for approximately 3 years and my experience has always been a good one. It is within their best interest to really help their customers and their customer service is excellent.
I had a great experience on my recent visit! I scheduled my appointment online through their website and received a confirmation within minutes. The front desk associate was very friendly and courteous upon check-in and I was called in for a pre-test and later eye exam within the first 15 minutes. Very efficient service, pleasant staff, and organized store. Glasses are easily accessible and are neatly organized based on prices and color codes. Check out is hassle-free and was even provided a copy of my transcription. I am very pleased with America’s Best! Thank you!
