The customer service is horrible. My glasses were ready since June 26, and no one called me. Then I get home after picking up my glasses and the robot call the girl said I was suppose to receive calls me. I will never use this company again.

I visited this American Best location on 6/5 @4ish. I was skeptical about visiting a different location other than the one I’ve visited since being an American Best customer; however, after my visit on 6/5 this will be my permanent location. When I walked in I was greeted and helped swiftly, the wait was short, the pretest doctor/nurse was GREAT, the doctor was GREAT, the representative whom checked me out was GREAT. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ABOUT MY VISIT!

Very fast service compare to most places great costumer service and good prices! And the guy that saw my husband polite and a lot of knowledge. Very Happy experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to America's Best. The doctor was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with my examination.
The entire staff I interacted with was courteous and professional.

Went to this office on 05/19. The wait was short but the receptionist made my visit so embarrassing. Once I stepped in she asked if I had insurance (yes I did) and I gave it to her. As I was sitting in the waiting room she came and told me she couldn’t find my insurance. I said, it’s impossible and she said she was going to try again. Okay, now I got called in and talking to the doctor she basically interrupted us to let me know she still couldn’t find it and I gotta pay the $50. Once I was done I called my insurance, they gave me the policy # and asked for her to try it that way and she still couldn’t find it. Guess what? The whole time she had my name spelled wrong. Are you kidding me? I said the whole time you had my name wrong she paid me no attention or even apologize until I was ready to check out. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Went to this place, I was 20min late due to police activity, an road closures, and the lady at the front desk told me that I had to reschedule. There was nothing in the email that stated if I was late that I would have to reschedule. With that being said, I recommend that you seek other eyeglass specialist.

I went with my husband to ask if his glasses were ready and the receptionist were rude asking me out. She said because of the Corona virus they are not accepting more people but while i was there another person was getting in at your facility. And also they never called him to let him knows the glasses were ready! My husband name is Johnny Rojas! I will never be your Customer! I felt discriminated!

I actually had a pleasant time at this America’s Best. Everyone was very kind & accommodating. I also think they’re handling the pandemic very well with their new protocol. I have no complaints.

The staff at this location is very unprofessional. Very rude. I tried to walk in today, there was only one other person in the store and they refused to see me. They will never get any busy from my household. For Eyes gave me much better service. With no appointment gladly took care of my needs. The sad part is that this is the second time I've had a bad experience with this location. Last time I called the customer service line and got nothing accomplished.

Me and my Wife went to this store, and did not like the way the front desk personnel treated us, so rude and impaciente, no talking about the pré test and the optometrist were friendly and Kind. We’ll not go Back for the New eye glasses,

Very disappointed, costs are misleading. I asked for tint and was charged per lens. That means left and right lens. Ridiculous. With a $150 allowance from my insurance plus extra coverage. And on top of that the frames were $69. I was charged $230 for one pair of glasses when you advertise two pair for $110. Does that sound right?

I’m sorry but the customer service of this place is a mess. Constant mistakes, finally go to pick up the “2” glasses I purchased from the 2 for $70 and only got back 1.

Lady who setup my apt told me they take my insurance, when I got there front desk lady said they don’t take it & on the counter had the name of my insurance In their listing as par provider with the insurance.

Very slow service. I stood at the front desk for 15 mimuted, when a male representative came over AND TOOK THE PEOPLE BEHIND ME WHO HAD JUST ARRIVED. I WAS VERY UPSET. DON'T JUST ASSUME I'M JUST THERE TO BE THERE. ALSO MY GLASSES FITTED POORLY AND I HAD TO RETURN TWICE. I SUPPOSE IT'S TRUE, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AS LENS CRAFTERD IS A LITTLE BIT HIGHER, BUT THEIR SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!

12-3-18 Called store and spoke with one of their "Optometrists " to ask if a procedure could be done with my existing prescription. He answered "not a problem, come on in". After arriving I was told that it could not be done but we have something else we can offer. Sounds like the old bate and hook. Of course I declined and told them I'd have it taken care of somewhere else, which I did. Be careful if going to this location.

I brought new glasses in September 2016the staff was very nice. A year later, the lenses started falling from the frame, they were falling off my face. I go back and ask if they could fix it, and they refused. These were not the same ladies from last time. They were so rude I said I will never come back here again

I had a great experience at this location! The service is always wonderful! I live in Miami but come all the way to Tamarac because I love the staff and their customer service! Lorraine and Debbie are the best i love working with them when I come in! They always help me to get a great deal on my glasses! I highly recommend everyone to come here!

I had a great experience here the staff was welcoming except this one big girl who kind of a snob. But I went for contacts and I was nervous. Marilyn and Cassandra was so nice and kept me feeling relax. Even when I felt like I couldn’t do it they were patient and very welcoming. Thanks again for all your help.
