Horrible and unprofessional. They give you appointments and cancel them without letting you know.

Excellent Customer Service. Marilyn was very supportive on my decision making with the frames. She's is definitely referred to my friends.

Our worst experience getting glasses, we brought a hi-end frame to get glasses II, they broke the frame and offered $50 credit, even more they have no email no follow up no service!

To top it off, in an other set, they got the prescription wrong, so wrong.not even close? 0,25 required and inst 2.50! Wow.

I’ve given them 2 stars because some employees at least try to help.

Got another great experience, second pair I got from this place and it's actually a great experience, from the receptionist Debby, to the manager to Marilyn, who's an awesome person she helped me out a lot got me a great deal and helped me choose a beautiful frame, she's a great person and will take care of you. Come here for the best experience!

This is an unprofessional office. Ten days and still have not received my glasses which I advised them that I had broken and they promised to rush. Initially told me 5 to 7 days now they are telling me 9 to 15 days. I have been wearing glasses all my life and have never waited for more than a week. I will never return back to this location. My initial visit was also bad. Customer service claim they were short staff; hire more people. I have been on hold while I write this review and literally it has been 14 minutes and holding (unbelievable). My guess is this office is poorly managed. I would fire everyone in that store or there need to be some serious training happening soon. You guys lost a first time customer for life.

I can't say that they have the best service or product, but I did purchase a warranty for my glasses and they replaced them at no additional cost, it took 5 days to reveive the replacement which was surprising.

Service was good. Every associate was friendly and helpful. Only thing that was a little weak was the wait between the eye exam and choosing the glasses. That is why only 4 stars.

Very impressed with Marilyn's customer service at the Tamarac location. She went out of her way to schedule me the same day and when I arrived treated me like a KING!

Usually receive below average service here but Carl was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to provide great customer service. If I ever find myself in the area needing an eye exam I will come back to this location because of him!

Booked an online appointment on Sunday, March 4th for Tuesday, March 6th. The appointment was confirmed via email. Took the day off to make the appointment for my daughter, when I walked in the receptionist told me the doctor wasn’t in today and everyone was called to cancel. Ummmm, NO, I never got a call. When I told her this she looked at the computer and immediately realized I didn’t get a call. She tried to reschedule me mid next week. No thank you! That place sucks. I guess you get what you pay for or almost paid for. Lesson learned, go to a reputable place of business. Disgusted with America’s Worst.

Great doctor and employees, except for the old haitain lady at the desk. Can't remember her name. She alone made me change my 5 star to a 1 star. Not friendly, not helpful (quite willing to be as unhelpful as possible), and very rude. Only go here cause I've been going there but will look for another place for future use.

Worst customer service ever! I went to order my contacts and Marilyn was the one to assist me. As soon as i sat down she looked at my file and entered it on the computer and was quick to say the price and charge. I told her "but you haven't even asked or showed me the color of contacts i wanted". So she looked annoyed and took me to center to show me colors. Then she told me to look at the poster and tell her which color. I mentioned the gray with green in the center, then she says "gray or green? " I said gray with a green.she would not even come up to see what i was trying to show her. Very unprofessional, opens the drawer where she had the contacts and says which one? Long story short, i finally ordered my contacts. Came back a week after and received two boxes for both my eyes. One of the boxes did not have a prescription. ODD, since I have been wearing prescription contacts half my life. So Marilyn is there again and says i only paid for 1 box (1 eye). How is that possible? I have 2 eyes with prescription I'm not going to order contacts for only one eye! She then wanted to charge me for another box for my other eye! At that moment i wanted a refund, she did her math on her cell phone and told me she would only refund me half the price i paid, which made no sense. I then asked to speak to a manager. Alex the general manager finally came out and apologized. He said they would reorder them right away and then i asked for them to be delivered to my house because i do not live near to their location. He said of course, and i mentioned about being charged again and he saw i had already paid for it. Apparently Marilyn does not do her job right besides being rude. And as read more reviews, i'm not the only one that has had HORRIBLE service from this lady. And she still works there! I have now waited about a month for my other pair of contacts, and the staff still has no idea where my contacts are! Never going there again!
