26Bad customer experience, machines broken, way too time consuming, unprofessional bickering between staff. 10/10 do not recommend.
First impression nice Kimm at front was nice, the first lady was nice, doctor was good, Matt was good. You did lose addition sales because of Whitney. I called in right at 9am the morning after my visit, I asked a question, I was made to feel like I was bothering her. NO customer skills at all. Just posses me off. I will just find another place, they're a dime a dozen.
I just have to say that the lady who helped me was wonderful. She wasn't a pushy saleswoman and she listened to everything that i said & wanted. She did a wonderful job and I even complimented her on her Customer service skills and told her "Thank you". I'm sorry I can't remember her name this was on Saturday last week. I've taken my daughter there twice and every single time they do an outstanding job.
Horrible customer service. You quickly pick out glasses and then they torture you waiting for their slow steps in testing your eyes and doing followup. Not that busy, but no one is too excited about their job. So i guess you have to feel as tortured as they do!
Sadly, it ruins any good feelings about liking the actual eyeglasses you have managed to find on your own! Eye doctor was good and did her job.
Took my cousin here for an eye appointment on a TUESDAY morning and it was two entire full hours for him to get a CONTACTS prescription. I’m a glasses wearer too and I will never come here. Definitely lost a potential client due to time constraint. I’ve had a baby in less time than it took him to get his eye exam: (
