24He security guards were great. Very helpful and directed the flow easily into the store. The task was great he did all testing on the phone and gave us a new phone as a replacement. Easy to do business with I would go back again in a heartbeat
Pick up was fairly easy, considering pandemic. Had Appt time, and while I was nervous that we would have to wait longer as we showed up early, we were assisted earlier than our window. Waited in line about 20mins and was down in about 5 mins and on our way.
It's always a thing with Apple products. I work for T-Mobile and sell their products for years. Purchased a Beats X headphone for my Dad on Christmas and they never worked. Made an appointment and was told warranty expired on July 2020 (brand new headphones purchased on December 2020). Had to deal with Supervisors and Apple Product Support to finally get help. They will OF COURSE be replaced qs they have to, but the bad experience is what stays due to their own system issues. I shouldn't be bounced back and forth from Store to their Customer Support HAVING A FKNG RECEIPT!

Shame on you Big Apple! I am deaf and had a malfunction with my new Apple Watch which was not listed on your support website. Because detailed phone conversations are next to impossible with Cochlear Implants, I went to the store, the man outside told me could go inside and ask a question the Secuity guard on duty forced his way in front of me and point to door. I felt like I committed a criminal offense. I have multiple Mac/Apple products. I don’t find your company or your products looking out for those with disabilities.
The service was impeckable, even though I was unable to purchase what I needed at the time, the salesman, he remember my name and that is impressive to me.
Staff was very friendly and the pickup service was very efficient when buying the Apple book online.
Made a 4 pm appointment showed up at 330 they didn’t see me till 6.
Then they sent my computer to get fixed, never fixed it and sent it back without calling.
Been using Apple products my whole life but I think it’s time to switch

Unbelievable! Steve Jobs would roll over in his grave. My phone would not connect to service after transferring to a new provider. The store manager declared my phone “unrepairable” and tried selling me a replacement. Fortunately, I have a service contract and that provider found my phone locked, unlocked it for me at no charge, and voila.
Hospitality is ok, which is understandable given the insane amount of customers everyday.
Great place to purchase an Apple Unlocked product rather than going to the carrier store.

The employees are great, they are calm and answer quickly to any questions you have.
The store is big and spotless.
They have a big range of products, and the ones they don't have, they can order online for you to pick up there.
They also have technology classes for kids and the elderly.
Highly recommended.
Way too busy, insufficient help, TOO LOUD (could not hear the person waiting on us). Would prefer to go to a store not as busy to get assistance from someone I could hear. Help we spoke to seemed very impersonal and just "matter of fact". For price being paid I expect more.
I had had mostly positive experience with this store before my last visit. My new iphone X had issues with the mike, I came to Apple store a couple months ago and they offered to replace it. Then last week the screen of the replacement phone turned green and black and dead. I came again, they said that they would replace it again but then, running the test, they said that because it was manufacture's defect, they had to send it to the factory for the replacement. They temporarily gave me iphone 6 with 16gb.so I was not able to set up all my apps there, I will need to set up and restore my back up several times now (temporarily phone, than again the replacement phone etc.) Waste of several hours of my time. Why should I suffer because they want to punish their factory forcing it to replace my phone instead of replacing it immediately in the store and then dealing with its manufacture inside the Apple chain? Very disappointed.
Normal Apple store. Sales people continue to act like "whatever" don't need your business! Only reason for going here is to buy an iphone.
Lots of phones and tablets are there too is big and spacious and staff is always busy with customers.
No different than most apple stores. However the associates we very pleasent. As a walk-in I got an appointment within 45 mins.
The people who work in the Apple store are always friendly. The place is always packed. There is always a wait but that is because there are not many Apple stores in S. Florida.
If your phone is no working they will give you an appointment for two days after or you buy a new phone
They can't read the serial Numbers, so they can't serve your iphone! Please throw your broken phone into the garbage can. Don't try to get help at the apple store, it will waste your two hours!
