They never pick up the phone. Every time I call I get transferred to customer service and they tell me I need to contact the store to speak to someone!

The worst experience buying furniture. I tried to wait to give a review hoping it would get better it but it got worse. Bought furniture 2/26 received box spring with a hole in it my king mattress was on back order was good in store it would be in 3/8 & yeah still waiting. Sales guy told me "I told you to live afar you buy bc once it's home it's yours. " I bought 2 beds and don't have all the pieces to any of them. Delivery date has changed 8 x's. Run go somewhere with guaranteed delivery date. Again in store they're pleasant but once you purchase it's excuses and dun around.

Do not go to them if you desire good customer service. They are so quick to take your money but refused to fix their mess. I had paid for delivery and assemble yet my stuff were dropped off, did not put them together and the bed frame was dirty, like a second hand purchase. I was a first time customer and they just will never get my business again and I will also spread the word how awful they are.

Loved shopping for our new furniture. Store is well set up. We made an appointment ahead of time due to covid and were met at the door, no hassle shopping!

I will never order from Ashley Furniture again. I had the absolute worst experience with them and am honestly not impressed with the quality of their furniture. They cancelled and changed my order two different times without telling me, I took off work three different times just for them to not even deliver my furniture two out of three of those dates, my order came incomplete and in random bulks because they didn't have the product (which every time I talked with a representative, something different was arriving even though the day before, that item was out of stock) and I paid extra to have them put my furniture together in which the delivery guys apparently weren't aware that they had to do that and then actually told me they didn't know how to put the bed together. The whole process was unprofessional and after talking with multiple representatives, each one told me there was nothing they could do for me. Do not order from here! Did I mention it took two months to get my furniture?

First time customer. Our salesperson, Jason was amazing! He gave us discounts for sales that we didn't even know about. We had some issues with the warehouse and couldn't get ahold of them but Jason had given us his cell phone number and he fixed everything for us without us having to come into the store. Our living room looks great now with our now sectional!

Worst experience so far, the purchase in store was worst than a car dealership, it took 2 hours because the system crashed 5 times. After the sale they told me that they will deliver the sofa on Jan 9th. That was in November 2020.today after days of delay, I start calling them to finally being told that the sofa MIGHT arrive on Feb 20, but they are not sure, it can be more.

In the store they are useless and have zero visibility of what will happen with your order even after you already paid.

Don't buy from Ashley!

I didn’t like the very unprofessional behavior of HOMEIRA KANJOURI by flirting with my companion to make a sale commission. We are not coming there any more as long as HOMEIRA is there.

My sale reps Homeira was very helpful and understanding and patient with me as I was very undecided on what I wanted thank you so much!

Homeira at the Altamonte store did a great job showing up couches in our price range. Process was very easy and quick delivery was scheduled. Would shop here again!

I could not be happier with the great customer service and experience my husband and I had working with Homeira and Craig. It felt like a very personal experience and we will be back to work with them in the future. If you are going into the store ask for Homeira and she will take care of you.

Great quality, great Service! Props to Crisais from Altamonte Store. She was great since the moment we walked in. She walk with us through the whole process, she had great knowledge, we didn't felt pressured like many other places/people would do to have you buy stuff! I would reccomend her and Mr. Rivera! I wish many other stores had people like them! Thanks

Great selection, however did not like the fact that they don't carry any inventory on site. Everything needs to be ordered and it seemed to us that several of our selections were on backorder and would take too long to arrive.

Homeira the sales associate was wonderful to work with. She helped us by presenting various options and was very knowledgeable about the various products associated with the furniture we were looking at. She made the shopping experience hassle free and stress free. The store manager Chris was also very accommodating with our transaction.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley! We were fortunate to connect with Rose, who was very pleasant to work with and didn’t pressure us into anything. More importantly, once we found the bed set we liked, she worked to get us the best deal possible, and we ended up spending several hundred dollars below retail price! Will certainly go back to Ashley and Rose for future furnishing needs!
