Your store sales lady Houmeira needs to work on better customer service skills and be better with greeting people instead of judging people by their clothes why shes in that store me and my family will never step foot in that store again she is very very rude and pushy if she or they would learn some customer service skills people would probably buy from yall

Crisalis was very patient with us and helped us tremendously even though she was new, she went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted! The manager (puertorican- forgot his name) was amazing and really made us a great deal. Will definitely be back and recommend this store!

I had a pleasant experience working with Andrea the sales associate and two managers at this location. Ashley Furniture has some reasonably priced, nice furniture items. They also have an online store, which seemingly operates independently from the brick and mortar locations. My debate was to order the items online or drive all the way to the store. I clearly presented this dilemma to my sales associate, who had been extremely helpful during the shopping process (we texted back and forth frequently). The bottom line was that the store was an hour drive and they don't take credit card orders over the phone. To sweeten the deal, the manager was able to beat the online price. This made it worth the drive. My advice to others would be to ask the sales associate what they can do. Also, AF has sales ALL THE TIME. If you find yourself there and there are no sales (who knows when that is), then ask the sales associate or the manager what they can do. They can often offer the sale price for the items. Remember, it can't hurt to ask!

The salesperson, Homaira K, was wonderful and patient. She worked with me for two days, helping to select my living room set and matching accessories. Great experience and excellent customer service.

Went there in search of a bedroom set. We were lucky to be assisted by the lovely Rose. She gave us the best service and an awesome deal. Will definitely be returning for future furniture purchases.

Wonderful service from our salesperson Homeira and the manager Lincoln. We did the Memorial Day sale and the prices compared to quality and look for the furniture was so much better than other places we went.
