23I start a new job tomorrow and wanted to get a tooth filled immediately so I wouldn't have to take any time off. They got me in same day and not only filled the tooth (which my old dentist would have told me I needed a crown after making me feel bad about my smile.has always done that) but gave me an exam, getting a new partial, and cleaned my teeth! I have to say it was the an enjoyable afternoon! I was greeted by the nicest lady at the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't get her name). My dental assistant Martika showed me pictures of her lovely daughters while waiting and was fun to talk to. Liz walked me through what insurance will pay and helped with anything I had questions about. Dr. Rathod did a bang up job getting that tooth filled. Heidi got my teeth cleaned and ended up staying a little later to do it. Fabulous office and terrific people! I have found a new dentists office! It's a little out of my way but WORTH IT!:)
It was terrible and ever in my life.
I did not appreciate dental assistants trying to remove temp crown with pliers. When I announced Terrible pain and She came back with bigger pliers rather than getting the doctor
Then another assistant came to do the same
I was stressed out that I was yelling for the doctor
I announced a possible medical emergency, twice, and yet I was made to wait for 30 min after doctor finally came to numb me. No one cane to check on me.
By that time I announced medical emergency again and I was hysterical
I was in the office 2 hours and the visit started 30 min late at 1130a
At no event I agree that assistants should be allowed to do this procedure bc they aggravated my nerves
The doctor did great job to diffuse the situation and calm me down

The lady’s there was awesome help me with everything and the doctors talk me thru everything and the teeth that was causing the most pain they pulled for me the same day after I called hospital and other dental place aspen dental was the only one that took me the same day as well thankkkkkkks guyyy ️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️
