Aspen Dental, Jacksonville FL

Check in was good, but once I walked behind those doors to have my exam done that was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental visit everyone made me feel so comfortable in knowing I was going to be ok in getting my oral surgery done the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and also comforting. I recommend this office to anyone having an oral emergency. February was the best!

I use a manual wheelchair. The entry was difficult to access due to the ramp location, the swing of the door, and the threshold. Someone did come to hold the door as I managed the threshold with both hands on my chair and finally gained entry.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I was treated like a regular person. So many places don't teach that. It was very nice.
The procedures were explained beforehand and the process went smoothly. The Dr came in promptly and was clear.
I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the hygienist and the dental chair was very difficult for me to be comfortable in for that long due to my physical situation. When he arrived he spent about five minutes and left. It was obvious that he'd rather be doing whatever it was he was doing with his trainee.
The check out process would have been easier if the person who took my information when I made the appointment had saved it. They were using extra help last month. I waited patiently as the kind lady contacted my insurance company to verify coverage.
Overall I give them 4 stars. If it was just the doorway they'd have all 5.

I was very impressed with the staff. They were so nice. Nobody had an attitude. I have experienced that in other offices. The hygienist explained what he saw and what needed to be done. Dr. Park did the same. Dentists always make me feel apprehensive but I didn't feel that way. I'm very glad that Aspen Dental is covered by my insurance. I definitely will return.

My experience was absolutely wonderful, Dr. Parks was amazing, very professional! Very caring, very concerned, very courteous. Deja was very friendly she was the x-ray technician, thank you Deja. Josh was my hygienist he was phenomenal! He did a deep cleaning on me.very professionally, no pain and efficient, I am very happy with my teeth! He’s exciting! He made me feel very comfortable! He made me laugh! He had some awesome jazz music playing which was soothing! He was a joy to meet! Thank you so much Dr. Parks and Josh!

It is a factory. After they do the procedures, which they tell you about upfront, then they suggestive sell on "Deep Cleaning", I agreed. I am only in the chair for 2 min and scrape scrape- done
$ 60. After my denture procedure, I told the. That I would not be able to make the two week later appointment, they set it up anyway. I get a message on my cell phone whether I want to cancel. I am a truck driver, out 900 miles away, could not make it. I tried calling the office directly to reschedule and update my contact info as my phone was lost along with trying to get into my emails. Sat on the phone for 10 min. Someone answered and told me to hold. Sat another 5 min and hung up. I just coughed out $2600 for a procedure that included use of insurance, they should have a live being calling me to set another one up.

Your facility is top notch and all the people I have dealt with are great. They are caring and looked after me well. I have some bruising from the extractions because I didn't get the ice pack on soon enough. With taking prescriptions as instructed I have had no pain (not even from my arthritis and stenosis)!

My hygienist Joshua May is Awesome! Outstanding! And realistic person, he knows his skill very well. He is also an educator and I am proud to be his patient/client. Just will be taking care of my family members also. Thank Joshua for your service.

Brought my disabled brother there to get one extraction. They never did the extraction they tried to sell him $2000 worth of dental work. I was furious and spoke to the lady at the desk and she promised me they would extract his tooth they took him back for the second time. Never pulled his tooth and give me an estimate for $7500 this time. Trying to take a vantage of a disabled man is absolutely disgusting. I will never go back there again.

My very first visits was very pleasant everyone was really nice and everything was explained to me very well.

Every one was very nice, polite and always ask what I thought when they suggested something. I would give them a 5.

CeCe, Dr. Park, Connie, and Morgan are all Awesome! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by Malisa with a big smile! Great staff and great service. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dental office!

Terribly unprofessional staff. Hung up on me because I had questions about a root canal. Cancelled all appts with this location due to the lack of professionalism and ignorance from the so called receptionists. Need more training and hopefully the next place won't be so dark inside. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Excellent customer service with fast and efficient care. I was in and out for my dental cleaning in under 30 mins! Demi was awesome.

I waited 60 minutes past my appointment for a dental re-line. I might have excused this facility if my appointment was with a Doctor who may have had an emergency, but it was with a tech and it was one of the first appointments of the day.

Aspen Dental is an excellent Dental Office. Dr Park is a wonderful Dentist, Chemise is an excellent Dental Assistant and Milesha is excellent as one of the Front Team. Dr Park will always be my Dentist!

Dr. Park is the best! He pulled 2 of my teeth and I have to say that he did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone who needs dental work! 5 stars all the way!
