The personal was very friendly and professional, especially Dr Simeon and Milesha. The the best I've seen after visiting 3 others dental offices in the 3 years I've been here.

The service was AWESOME! Dr Park did my dental work and his assistant Nia assisted him through out the procedure and Michelle handle the paper wok. Very nice people. I have never been so comfortable getting dental work done. I did not feel a thing. The staff is very nice and professional. To sum it all. The staff cares. Dr Parks ROCKS! Thank you.

The Drs. And staff at Aspen are top shelf! Genuinely happy and friendly staff. Drs.assess your problems and give clear solutions to them. They are extremely affordable no overages or hiking prices which is greatly appreciated. Very happy patient of Aspen Dental. They will be recommended to others for any dental needs. What a remarkable experience! Everyone was so full of life, and open-hearted. The young lady from the front staff Myleshia was so well mannered, and knowledgeable at her profession. I’ve never met someone so compassionate in others and their well-being. Constance the hygienist was so gentle, and thorough, as well as Dr. Simieon and her comforting spirit. I look for forward to my spouse as well as children continuing out or treatment with the Aspen. Thank you all!

Outstanding! I have already told everybody on my job about Aspen on Blanding Blvd. Very nice people they talk to you answer all question with a smile. Outstanding work ethics very good doctors I have not had a bad experience with them my family and I love them!

I've very disappointed in this office. Went in for a visit and found out that all my work needed was way overpriced. They made me pay half of my next visit up front and after I found another dentist that was way less. I called and cancelled the appointment in the 48 hours theythey require and now I'm having a hard time getting my upfront money back! Service they never provided. If my money isn't refunded I'm filing a complaint against them with the state.

I came from greenburg dental cuz they were garbage and messed my mouth up royally! This place was amazing they were knowledgeable and kind did everything they could to help me even pulling a tooth the same day.they comforted me when i was nervous about it during to my past terrible experience with greenburg dental and made the experience with aspen great! I love this place and will gladly recommend it to anyone and come back for every dental need!

I was very nervous about going to the dentist. I have a ton of issues to address and in a lot of pain. Dr Park and his team were very sensitive to my fears and helped me to understand all of my options on how to get a healthy mouth and beautiful teeth. The caring team at Aspen Dental has given me my smile back and I am going to make sure everyone knows how wonderful they are!

Over a year ago I had a crown put on at this office. The crown has come off 4 times. I was told that too much of the surface area was ground off. After the last time I was told that the crown couldn't be put back on and I was given other alternatives. One being that they could make a crown bridge. The problem is I have to pay for the work. Even after I asked the Dr, why do I have to pay for this? His response was, we won't charge for the part we did. But if you are fixing your mistake, why is that on me? I'm not satisfied at all.

I received excellent service from the assistant office manager in training named Miesha. She really took the time to take care of me while I was there in the office today. You really don't see good customer service like what I received today, but she is the exception. I really recommend her for any kind of assistant or questions that you might when you visit.

The office staff was Amazing.
Aerial helped me with financing for my procedure quickly. She was very informative as far as what to expect with the billing and with financing. She really knows her stuff.
Dr. Parks was great he made me feel extremely comfortable since it had been years since my last visit.
The Entire staff is professional and I highly recommend this establishment.

The staff was amazing at the time of the appointment. It was probably the easiest dentist appointment I have ever had. However, I will not be returning because I have been emailing and calling for over a month now to get information about a treatment plan. I either don't get a response to my emails and voicemail's or I am told I will receive a call back and never do.

Everyone at the office was nice and professional, the dentist explained the procedure that was going to be done very properly. However his assistants can be a little rough while working with you. They need to be more gentle, it's been two day since my visit and my cheek is still swollen and since they cut me underneath my tongue I'm having a difficult time swallowing.

Very pleasant experience for first time visit. Everybody was very pleasant. Dr. Parker was funny and made me feel relaxed.

This dentist office is beautiful and people are wonderful here just wish I could’ve been able to get work done I was not approved for financing and there wasn’t a payment plan option with out financing and I’m not sure if you can have a co signer very upset about this wish there was more financial options as my insurance is already paying 4000 of it

I am frantic of the dentist.but Dr Simeon and her staff from the front door to the back were professional add an absolute pleasure to be around.they cater to your pain level and tolerance and help you regain trust and confidence in the dentist.
