There is a child that works at this store named Erick.

He shouldn’t be trusted with a handful of rocks, let alone peoples’ cell phone plans.

The manager that keeps him in employ is either horribly incompetent or he’s a relative.

Erick should be fired immediately along with the manager.

Avoid this AT&T store if you value your money, sanity and self-respect.

If AT&T doesn’t remove Erick soon he will be removed FOR THEM.

Engaged, kind, competent, patient. Couldn't ask for more from the two employees (Skylar and Erick) who helped me trade up my phone and transfer the data.

I was lied to by Sales Associate. I added a new I-phone to my account back in February when the sales woman told me there was a free handset promotion. She told me she was in error and the promotion had expired the day before and she would get a credit for me. I never received credit and have been billed for the handset ever since. Repeated calls and visits have resulted in no action at all In fact, the employees were rude to me and said the Regional Sales Manager would be in contact with me. He has ignored every email sent and my calls to the sales person goes ignored. Terrible customer service.

When I walked into the store and I was greeted by Erik. His presence was amazing and very very knowledgeable about the phones. He's a really great guy and he's an asset to your company

Was not impressed. Went in to purchase a new phone. Day shift did not want to work and told me better off going to Best Buy. I totally agree. If not for second shift helping me I would not have given any stars, but I have ATT service and this store was not good for me and I will not return.

The experience was frustrating. The customer service representative was very nice, but was unable to resolve the problem due to ATT POLICY. ATT policy is counter productive. Here's why. My wife and I are customers of ATT. We have cellphones, one hotspot, Direct TV in two locations etc. This is what I wanted. I wanted another hotspot with unlimited data like the one I already have for the same charge. The website at the store shows it was possible. When attempting to secure purchase it was not accepted. It was very trying. Knowing the cost of the hotspot was fine, but were informed the monthly data charge would be $50 was unacceptable. So we decided to leave with nothing.
Here's the thing. ATT COULD HAVE ACCOMMODATED OUR WISHES AND/OR PIGGYBACKED WITH OUR CURRENT HOTSPOT SUBSCRIPTION AND MADE A SALE OF A NEW HOTSPOT WITH AN ADDITIONAL $20 monthly subscription. Instead, we left frustrated, no sale, no subscription, and now are going to turn to your competitors for offerings.
NO OFFENSE. BUT R U STUPID. MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SOUND BUSINESS SENSE.

SCAM ALERT! Went into the store to sign up under my daughters plan. Michael took my info, checked her plan and helped my pick out a phone. We discussed monthly payments which I agreed to. At this point he contacted my phone carried to transfer my number. It wasn’t until at&t had possession of my phone number that I was told I’d be responsible for the phone in full! The activation fee and the monthly service are already due and I haven’t even had service for two full weeks. I did NOT GIVE CONSENT TO GIVING AT&T MY PHONE NUMBER WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THE I WOULD PAY FOR THE PHONE ON FULL! THAT WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME UNTIL AFTER AT&T HAD CONTROL OF MY PHONE NUMBER. I am happy to say that I got excellent service at the VERIZON store literally across the street and did not have any issues nor did I have to pay in full for my phone. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE DO NOT GO TO AT&T THEY SCAM! GO ACROSS THE STREET TO VERIZON WHERE THEY ARE HONEST!

As a former supervisor for an AT&T Device Support Center, and AT&T customer - thank you TC for doing ABSOLUTELY nothing to assist me last week with transferring my text messages from my old device to my replacement device! I asked if you have the machines used to transfer info, you said No- use the cloud. I told you I used the cloud (FYI it only backs up 90 days at most) -but needed the cable to finish my data transfer. You said you didn't have 1! You never went to look -and worst case is you lied. There's at least 1 brand that I'm aware of that includes the cable with the device. You made ABSOLUTELY NO effort to TRY to help me or resolve my issue! Since I wasn't buying anything, you weren't trying to help me. Very poor customer service! Just another reason why I will be leaving soon & finding another carrier - where I'm not paying $200 a month for 2 phones & have the worst service EVER FOR THE ENTIRE 2 & A HALF YEARS I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER. SO, THANK YOU - TC!

Easy peezy. Most cooperative and knowledgable staff. Erik helped me reestablish my mobile network. He then procreded to explain my free I8 upgrade! I couldnt be happier. We transfered everything to my sweet new. Iphone. Awsome. Last week i went to the other store delprado blvd in cape coral, couldnt have a clue about my internet.

My husband and I had ordered new phones today and wentback to the store on Pineland Rd. We were going to return the phone as I had got an estimated bill which was a bit more than what I intended on paying. William the store manager looked at our old bill and assure us it would not be much more than what we had been paying. William was very professional and knowledgeable of the product. He was a pleasure and I will always go there for our phones. As we were leaving everyone said good by to us. Need phone please go to this store.

I wouldn't say all the customer service reps.are unprofessional However the one guy name Adam has the worse customer service ever. I actually was waiting over 15mins with no one asking if we needed help. And then when I final ask the guy name Adam who was standing doing nothing was he on lunch break. His comment was I'm about to go now after standing there for 15 mins doing nothing and didn't even offer any help nor service. All he was worried about is going to lunch. He needs to be fired! And will contact headquarters as well to report him.

I walked in today ready to purchase 2 apple watches. Not a single person greeted me. I looked at the displays, still no greeting. So I just left. I’ve been going here for years but your employee turnover rate is ridiculous.

The staff and corporate office have no clue what’s what. It’s absurdly obvious that the staff don’t know how do some basic account corrections without the customer following back up almost daily because it never happeneds like they say. Don’t believe anything you are told. Call back again and again, get names id’s and badge number to prove you called and altered anything.or it never happened. I’ve been a customer since 1998.and it’s all come to and end! Good by ATT goodbye!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. By far the worst customer services I've ever experinced. The sales rep.are unprofessional and incompetent. The managers are useless (the sales rep.know more than the managers). They lie about all their offers, so don't be surprised if your bill comes out to be higher than expected. Also, plan to spend the entire day or WEEK there because nothing gets resolved the same day. This store should be closed, and all the employees should be fired. DO NOT GO HERE

I called and asked them to hold a phone for me to exchange and they sold it anyway, then started joking about it with the person he sold it to. They're more interested in making a sale than just helping someone.

The guy that helped me get my new phone, did a horrible job. Changed my phone number and didn't tell me after I had told him I didn't want to change my number. He didn't shut off my old phone so a week later I got a bill for the old phone number and had my new number billing all jacked up. Ended up on the phone with AT&T well over 10 hours through out the following week just trying to get it all straightened out. Totally horrible experience.

Michael is always helpful. He is able 2 provide all the options that fits the most 2 my budget. Got the Samsung A6 for my son, fair price. He liked it.
