The sales people we're very informative and helpful. I will be switching to them when my contract expires next month

I had misfortune of having to deal with this AT&T store. Mike was simply unhelpful and threw the problem back at me. Amanda (the manager) was out sick. There was no one to help.
So the lesson learned is this: don't go to this store unless you are there to buy something. They are only interested in sales; not service. I wish their corporate office would take notice and close down this store. It's a disgrace on AT&T - a longstanding American company.
Don't go to this store. Better yet, don't use AT&T.

I have been going to this store for some 10 or so years now. It was an ATT corporate store so I always had a good experience. Service has apparently changed there: I was there recently for two different reasons but the same phone. Specifically, my speaker phone wasn't working properly. As I understand it, there can be a software glitch or a wrong app turned on. The customer service guy basically sent me to a store that fixes phones before he even knew if I had a hardware problem.fast forward to today: ATT sent me a new phone because the phone was under warrantee. I went into the same store to have the contacts and info transferred to new phone and they would not help me at all and basically said, "do it yourself". Really? While I was there there was a guy in front of me who had a bluetooth sync problem. Mike (the customer service rep) would not help him either. More useless millennials! I will go elsewhere in the future.
