27I had just flown in to Miami coming from NYC. My phone had broke and I wasn’t due for an upgrade. I was worried a new phone will be over my price budget. A worker here name Lilo saw me overwhelmed and stressed and was able to help me get a new phone within my budget. I didn’t have to cut into my vacation funds. I truly appreciate her time. Now I can turn up without worrying about going broke! Thank you Lilo, as a fellow New Yorker you the real mvp!
I have been a customer of AT&T for over 27 years. And I have always had pleasant exchanges and services when I go to any AT&T store. This one in particular exceeds expectations if what you’re looking for is the most inattentive and “don’t care” attitude you could get from a company you patronize for decades. This guy Ken was more interested in the arrangement of his hairdo than my request. First words that he speaks is “I don’t know”. Go back to Sprint dude, you’re giving AT&T a bad name. Why in the hell did they hire you? Oh and you’re training some rookie. Oh lord
Lilo is one of the workers that helped me today. I have a 8 year old daughter. Her birthday was just last month and I gifted her an iPhone. She sadly went over our data plan, I wasn’t to happy about it. Lilo was able to fix my data, create an age appropriate plan, and show me how to see my daughters calls and texts. She won’t be happy but I am! With today’s generation you can never not have to much parental control. Thank you Lilo, I’ll be back next month hahah
FRAUD FRAUD and FRAUD: I opened a business account with AT&T and moved away from 5 year relationship with T Mobile. That was worst mistake and I did not look at reviews online. It was Aventura branch of AT&T. Carlos, sales agent, dis fraud big time and informed that international call package is activated on my phone. For two months I received huge bill of $650.00 first month and $4375.00 second month. Yes. Scary. In two months they charged me over 5000 dollars. Reason: Carlos forgot to activate international plan. Now Carlos does not work at ATT Branch and funniest part is: Manager of branch suddenly remembered two month old transaction that Carlos informed me to call customer care to activate international package. BIG LIE. Above all: I never received any notification from ATT that my bill is going high. I joined ATT to save few dollars and ended up with FRAUD of over 5000 dollars. My 2 cents to you. BEWARE. DON'T FALL FOR THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
Apart from above, there were so many other goodies promised during sign up. All BIG LIE.
FRAUD ALERT, THEY ARE SHARKS, they will rip you right out of your pockets. They will sell you devices with all incorrect promotions.they sold us devices, connections, gave us incorrect promotional offer information. Beware once you get into this store, there are chances you will be showered with lies.

Jeremy is AMAZING. Very knowledgable and very patient. He take his time to explain the product and services to you. I will definitely recommend AT&T to everyone just because of his service.
We got helped by Lilo! She is the best! Made it super easy for my friend to come in and get a new chip for his phone and the process was really quick!

Fast service at certain times of day and staff is knowledgeable on all phones that I took to them over the years.
Not too much to say. Salesman was non-verbal for the most part. He mostly watched a soccer game on TV screen while he tried to reinstall an app to my tablet, then said he couldn't help when he got error message. I was told they can't really help with tech support and they made an appointment for tech support to call me.
I don’t understand how it can take more than 20 minutes just to get an extra copy of a SIM card.
Worst customer service ever. None of my questions were answered. I've been a customer for more than 10 years but never got this kind of service and attitude. Elkin was very unhelpful and when I asked to transfer info to a new phone from my wife's old one he did not help me, saying that it is not possible because my wife never updated her phone. When I got home my wife was able to do it herself, however I would prefer it was done by At&t agent. Very disappointing service I received today. He actually ruined my mood by telling me that for the rest of the day. Nowdays people keep all important information on the phone and he made me believe that everything is gone. How is it even possible that At&T representative has no knowledge about a phone or may be does not want to provide a service to their customers? Will never ever go their again, not even sure if I am gonna be using AT&T in future.

That was the worst customer service I've experienced, visit this store to reactivate my service, manager Tony took my information and said that this will take 15-20 minutes +waiting time of 40-50 min, I understand the waiting time because store was kinda busy, after hour of waiting I asked same guy if anybody can help me he said that every body is busy and he was the only one who wasn't been doing anything for entire time also he said he can't help me because this is against company rules he can't take away his coworkers commotions.at the same time there was few other people complaining about same thing.thinking to change back to T-Mobile service
I came to this store and they persuaded me to switch my phone provider. I have been dealing with AT&T for the last 2 months and it is a nightmare. I switched from T mobile and was told that they would pay up to 650.00 per line for device balance and early termination fees. I have submitted a claim 6 times and every time they need something else. I've since done research and found this is a very common problem with AT&T. In my opinion the worst company for customer service I've ever dealt with.
The worst customer service. We brought broken Samsung 8 plus phone to get insurance. They strictly recommend use the warranty, which is “better option” but not for broken screen. We applied. Samsung send us our phone back because of body damage what is absolutely logical. Now we have to pay 765$ for second Samsung 8 plus which we don’t need!
On 3/19/19 I came to solve an issue with my account at 7: 04 pm, they told me that could take one hour waiting. Now is 9: 35 pm and I’m still waiting. Is not Black Friday, is not a new iPhone pre sale, is nothing today! The manager doesn’t care that are only two representatives working! She should help them and take care of customers!
ATT are based on organized crime and they feed things that is unhealthy they overcharged me $200 and didn't tell me gave me a cord that they switched to unconformity based on terrorists had the same problems in the past but use them to try to change and rebuke patterns of disrespectful regard to American past times they quote hurt and mistrust making offensive pictures that shouldn't be taken lightly
Went to get screen protector and after 30 min wait had to leave. First if you are buying accessories you shouldn’t have to wait while people are signing up for contracts/phones and secondly not a good shopping experience when you are obviously in a hurry and staff just stands around having conversations. Never going to this location for anything.
