27 "What about it, " said the RUDE store employee (Carlos). Company now charges $5 for a slim card. I understand it's $5, however, I haven't requested a slim card for 3 years, and all the $$$ I pay a month, the company should waive this as a courtesy.
I went in to buy an iPhone X, but the employee, Carlos, was sooooo rude, I decided to leave. I ask about the buy plans, he just pointed to the display and told me to read the plans-wow, I didn't have to walk into the store and wait 1 hours for this, I could have read it at the website. When I asked him, about the performance of the iphone X- he said, "What about it? " I said, it's time to leave and go to the Apple store down the road. Then, when I got home I received an email, stating my ATT service was cancelled. Hug, coincidence? Had to spend the next 2 hours of my life, trying to restore my service.
Run from this store as fast as you can, and if you get Carlos, run faster. Wish I could give NO STARS.
I went for a small issue to this location and it turn into a nightmare thanks to Al and Elkin. Worst customer service ever
Staff is supper helpful. I had a problem with my service and the gentleman helping stayed on the phone with customer service for 45 to help me resolve the problem!
HORRIBLE! Don't sign up for this terrible service if you haven't yet! Says they are open until 11pm but not. When I called their other number, I ended up with a call center in Mexico who couldn't help even if they wanted to!
Aldo is the best! This guy had the most incredible patience I have ever seen, help my mother a lady whom is soon to be 70 years old to understand how her phone data works and what plan she needs on her phone. Hard to find people like this these days.
Service is good but they need not play music like we're in a Latin country.but it must be the new manger
