AT&T Store reviews
27Rita is an excellent sales and technical expert. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor were trrrific!
Rita was super helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. I will always ask for her when I need anything at the AT&T store.
I would like to Thank Braxton for helping with the purchase of our new phones. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous, he really exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.
Having bought several phones over the years, I have never had a better exp! Erience than I did with Sales Consultant Emory Grayin in the wpk village store. He was extremely polite, patient, and very knowledgeable! Thank you
Give Rita a raise! She was so, so helpful and patient with me today. I am beyond pleased with the customer service that I received today and her attention to detail. Thank you! Nannette
Don is the to see for you cell phone needs. AT&T rocks Don you’re the man. Thanks for all your help for setting up our cable services and cell phone could be more happier.
"Long wait time; ATT Associate did not follow order of check in and was very rude when confronted about it. Manager was in back, when asked to come and help basically did the same thing. Definitely need a class in customer service at this location. And after 2 hours of waiting, phone issue still was not resolved. "
I walked into the store in shambles five minutes before close after having both of my phones stolen and they made sure i was taken care of. John and another employee named John helped me file my claim and even did a lot of the work for me when they could've easily sent me home to send forms on my own. They were happy to help and kept me in good spirits after losing my phones.
Terrible customer service. Only 3 customers In the store and 4 att representatives but only one customer is actually being helped.
Long wait time and charged me $45 for a return of falsely advertised product (an hour after purchase) Gear s3 Frontier doesn't have the apps on the store as advertised online.
Manager was rude. Dude looked like someone pissed on his cheerios. The second store I visited trying to exchange my fast charger cable that "they don't carry" tried to charge me $10 for a tiny one so I guess I'll just buy it online
Walked into AT&T (the Walmart of the electronics world) off of N Orange Blvd and not one person acknowledged me after aimlessly standing in the middle of the showroom for 5 minutes. I wasn’t expecting anything less though as it’s the reason why I left as a customer the first time. Pay the extra $5 month for cell service and stick with THE BEST CELLULAR PROVIDER VERIZON WIRELESS!
Long wait lines, not enough staff. Members won't greet guests, or let them know how long the wait time is.
No one available to service multiple customers after extraordinarily long wait after doors opened.
Ridiculous waiting time, I had to wait a hour to buy a phone. Seriously bad management and I decided I'd rather continue to use my broken phone rather than spend any more money in their stupid store.
Had to wait a little bit, might have been the time i was there. But once I got help they were very courteous and professional
Customer service is on point, and caring is natural; I wasted no time in getting what I always come for.
Shockingly good service here! I really was surprised. They have a checkin line that puts your name on a list to be seen, which is shown on the overhead TV. The agent helped me quickly and got straight to the point and did not try to upsell me on anything. Kind of surprised how great it was. Comparing it to T-Mobile, the previous carrier I had, this is light years better on the customer service aspect.
The service is terrible. I've been to the store thee times to return an speaker and I'm told I have to wait over 30 minutes each time before someone can handle my return. There seems to be no one available to process simple return transactions without seeing a sales person. Train the person signing people in to run a cash register instead. I'm so agrivated that I'm ready to terminate my wireless service as well as my uverse account. Please change the way you operate your stores.
So I went to the store and met with an employee that lacks integrity and misinformed me and my family and tricked us into accepting "free devices ". The following day there were several unauthorized charges totalling over $200. Be extremely careful at this location.
