27Very inefficient. More employees in the back having lunch then helping customers in the front. Makes me want to leave AT&T.
I was most pleasantly surprised in regards to the excellent help and very little wait time to get to be seen. "Chris M. " was there and he did not try to push me into a more expensive mobile phone. In fact, just the opposite, he told me what he thought would be right for my mobile phone needs. I appreciated that a lot. My wait time was negligible and the service was great. I would highly recommend Chris and the store.
Nice store but with very few choices of phones and a 40 minute waiting line to get someone to attend you. They should hire more people.
Wanted to pay in full for a smaller SIM card but apparently this company is garbage. Going back to TMobile. Manager didn't help a single customer the entire hour I have been waiting. How does this guy have a job.
Went for a friend who has At&t, they helped her. Good Store, but but husband and I switched to Sprint. Good people working there though, so that was good.

Horrible service I have no idea who the employee are. I have waited 45 minutes so far to talk to someone even thought there are 2 people behind the desk doing nothing. When you try and get assistance from them I was told you have to wait for an available floor assistant. This reminds me why I would rather pay more to do my shopping on Amazon
