AutoZone reviews
26Boys know there parts and products and store was well stocked and impeccably clean. Great AUTO ZONE.
Super welcoming store, everyone seems more than happy to offer assistance. Angel was especially helpful, and I’ll definitely be coming here for any car needs.
James Matthews was extremely knowledgeable and showed me the variety of ordering options available through Auto Zone!
Michael is the best employee i have ever met. He goes above and beyond tell help his customers. Give this man a raise
Had exactly what I needed, store is very neat and organized, better prices compared to the other contending stores in the local area that I was around.
Battery went this morning at the Medical Plaza and AAA 800 text f help was horrible. Young man who worked in the garage was able to give us a jump. Then young lady at AutoZone helped put in our new battery and we were still able to go for breakfast at 43rd Street Dinner.
I love this autozone, I didn’t know how to change my lightbulb and they did it for me free of charge! They are super helpful. I really appreciate it
Easy to be a gofer here, picking up supplies for my husband to care for our vehicles. The store is well organized and stocked, and friendly staff are helpful if you have difficulty locating a desired item
Wae looking for a (1+1/2) inch socket wrench to change the element of my water heater, needed one without a beveled edge. Spent too much of the day looking, finally found one with minimal bevel. Hope it works. The tool they sell by the element, is absolutely useless.
Went to AutoZone this morning to buy headlights for my car. The guy who rang me out asked if I would need help installing them and then told me to pull into the first parking spot and someone would be right out. They then proceeded to ignore my existence for an hour, even though they did not seem busy - there were only two other cars in the parking lot when I left and at least 3 guys working. Finally I gave up and went down the road to jiffy lube, and they had me on the road with new headlights in less than 5 minutes. Never again.
Ryan was seriously amazing. Best experience I've ever had at any parts store. We were stranded in Gainesville with a brake issue on a Jeep that we just bought and he helped us figure out exactly what we needed. He really went above and beyond to help us. Plus he was just a pleasure overall to be around and talk to. 10/10 would get stranded again.
Very nice, clean store. The associate I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed.
If you live or are just visting Gainesville and need auto service, I highly recommend this Auto Zone! Ask for Nick! Excellent service and quick!
We needed something and we got exactly what we needed. This is one of the bigger Autozones I have seen and it was busier than it looks. The employees were very helpful.
The guy in the commercial department was the only one who could help with the advice I needed but he knew what I had to try and we got it done.
Terrible customer service. Three people helping one dude with 4 people in line. All I needed was some oil and ended up having to leave after waiting in line for 20 minutes and no one actually being checked out. Waste of my time.
Had the parts I needed and the staff was very helpful. They took the time to check if the parts would work with my Mazda.
Autozone on Archer is the newest and cleanest by far. The staff is young, spritely and slightly inexperienced but they can perform the basic (change light, check battery). For more experienced workers who are over 35 probably better off checking out the one 34th. Further, remember this Autozone can be difficult to get in and out of. The store is located in an awkward position making going west on Archer nearly impossible. Still a great place @ndy
First trip to purchase wiper blade, clerk looked up on computer and sold me the one. Got home and it was wrong one. Went back and new clerk looked up and confirmed it was wrong, found right one and gave 10% off. Good outcome, one wasted trip.
