First off, they price matched with another retailer & gave me a substantial discount. Next the salesman went WAY out of his way to install the battery I just bought. He had to remove a bunch of stuff just to get to the battery hold down on my PT Cruiser. And there was NO CHARGE for the testing & installation. I am now a lifetime customer. Thanks Auto Zone!
They were a little busy but I didn't have to wait too long. Just needed wiper blades. They didn't have the ones I wanted but I needed them ASAP so I went with an alternate. The staff were friendly and helpful, offered to help me put them on which I eventually took them up on after I couldn't do it myself:)
Good service. Had a hard time explaining to waitress no ketchup and no mustard. I had to repeat it 4 times. I almost left. Food was great
