The main hub in Belleview is awesome. Almost always have parts in stock or rather than order it from big warehouse they get it a local store by the next morning. Love my Autozone.

There was a young lady training on the day I visited. I believe it may have been her first day. She went above and beyond what was expected of her to help me. I was actually not really sure if I was gonna buy anything there because the items I needed are cheaper elsewhere but after she helped me I knew enough about the items to know that they were worth the extra money because of the brand and quality. She even helped me pick out a color and style!
If she didn't have the answer to one of my questions she made sure to find out the answer for me. I will definitely be shopping at this store again.

Very bad customer service. I tried to get help finding what I needed and instead got talked down and completely talked over. Will not shop here again, I'd rather spend my money at Walmart or Amazon for my car related needs.

Just to let you know I believe that Bernie Grubb is the nicest, kindness, patient & very knowledgeable about everything. He is also very humble. I have never in my years of shopping meant an
employee like him. I have bothered him on 2 occasions about an alternator & he stops what he is doing & greets me with a smile. I appreciate him so much. That's what we need is more people like him. I am a 77 year old woman & have meant a lot of people but none like him. Thanks again Bernie.

Staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you find what you came for.

They offer a variety of free services that are absolute life savers you'd pay a fee for at an actual shop.

My husband and I were in earlier today to exchange some auto parts and Bernie Grubb definitely went over and beyond providing excellent customer service when he saw the frustration my husband was having with his alternator.

Usually a great experience however today I went in for a certain deal on some oil. Valvoline change special for $27.99 then I was told it was actually $28.99 ok no biggie. Then my car wasn't compatible. I checked it online before I come in so I was shocked. Then I was told for the same price I could get a different brand even though my car says valvoline. Ok because it was a good brand. Well after receiving my total I was shocked I paid and left. After I got home I realized I was charged $31 and change plus taxes. If it was going to be like that just tell me. I dont like to waste time or $.

The store took advantage of my elderly lady friend on a battery for her car, management included. Worst AutoZone I have ever seen.never will I walk in the door again Cheaters they are!

Ive always been beyond satisfied with the merchandise and service I recieve at this location. On this particular visit I got the right part THE FIRST TIME! That goes a long way with me. The stire is clean and well maintained both inside and out. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The location is extremely convenient. All in all this was a positive shopping experience.

I've always had very good customer service here. Everyone seems knowledgeable, friendly and if they don't have your product they will order it and get it to you as quick as possible. You can borrow certain tools for men with the deposit and of course when you bring it back your deposit is returned. When certain warning lights go on in your car you can bring it to them and they will hook it up to their computer and print you up and then I will says of what is I could be wrong. They have a great points program where you can earn cash credit for future purchases of course depending on the amount of money you spend there. If they do not have what you need they will try and help you figure out where to get it. Thanks for the great customer service!

How is it that the only place we buy parts from is you guys and your computer spit out my husbands $20 off 5 point rewards on Sat and he went to redeem it to purchase a battery today and the manager said nope can't because the computer says you only have 4 points. How can that be when the rewards has all of his info name and reward number. That tells me your computer must of had a glitch because he had all he needed in his hands showing he could use his $20 off coupon. You gave it to him! It's not like he printed the damn thing himself! Never again will we shop at your store! My husband has been using your store for years but not anymore!
