31 Deserves zero stars. Completely incompetent. Can't keep their accounts straight, posts false outstanding balances to homeowner's accounts, never answers any e-mails. Why should we homeowners pay them anything? They need to be fired.
Then I get a lame response from the "the owner. " One can see the standard robotic response whenever they get a poor review. You guys need to take the proper action to address our concerns and not just pass us off to one of your equally lame departments. I have written to every single one of your departments in which I could find an e-mail and no one has replied. I encourage every home owner with the misfortune of having Avid "manage" their property to file a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Avid does not deserve to remain in business.
Avid Property Management is a professional and personable management company. Our manager takes the time to listen to your concerns and handles them in an efficient manner. She is thorough in her investigations and always gets back to me about my concerns. Our parking situation has improved tremendously. We had people who couldn't follow Association governing documents, but since having towing patrol our parking situation has been corrected. Thank you Avid for having an awesome manager at our community!
Even though we are a relatively small community, Avid Property Management and our manager Maria is always there to answer our questions and guide us.
They have been our community management company for several years, our members and board of directors have never been in more capable hands!

I have been a resident and tenant at one of your community in Tampa for over 3 years. The manager of this community and Avid have always kept this community pristine.
We have recently updated our pool area and the grounds and it looks beautiful. Our manager has cleaned up all the trash cans that people use to just leave curbside. A few letters to us residents and the problem was corrected.
I am so impressed with the level of professionalism we always get when we call the office with any concerns by either the receptionist or our manager.
Our manager Maria Senica is always available and sweet.
These negative reviews are obviously by people who want to live in a deed restricted community but don't want to follow the rules. Please note that i personally have always encountered first class service.
My tenants and I love Maria at Avid Property Management. She is extremely responsive and provides professional support pretty much around the clock.
The community was falling apart (14 years old), and until Avid, our HOA fees were mismanaged. Important improvements were the responsibility of the owners, which was extremely challenging when you only own one until in multi-unit buildings.
After listening to the owner’s concerns.and even with COVID19, Avid continued to work towards the necessary funding to finally get our roofs replaced and the buildings painted. Major win for the community and for our wallets.there was no huge raise in fees nor special assessments.
Awesome, can't wait to see how it looks over the next few months!
This management office goes above and beyond for its homeowners. I own a few investment homes and every time I call or need anything the staff is so professional and sweet
I have lived in my community for almost 20 years and have had varied service through the years by many management companies. Currently, we are being managed by Avid and Rosalina N. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. After all these years to be able to get things accomplished without stress is great. She is so helpful and thorough. It is a true joy to have her helping us. Thank you for all you do! Rosalina you are so appreciated here and words can't express the gratitude we feel.
We thought Avid would be a good management company for Wexford Townhomes. Currently, they are doing nothing but racking up charges and working with only specific now ex-board members to continue to hi-jack our HOA community. I speak for the over 50% of the homeowners who voted for a new board, STOP THE MADNESS AND SPENDING OF OUR FUNDS! They also tripled their monthly fee within 6 months. HOA's beware.
We are a community of 750 homes in Pasco and have had AVID Property Management for the last three years.
Our property manager Rhonda Coy is in one word FABULOUS!
She is extremely knowledgeable, skillful and has an ability to deal with homeowners that is unbelievable. Her character and integrity is something we all love considering our previous management company lacked all of the above. Avid also has great CS staff that attends to all your needs on your first call without hesitation.
There just aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to this company and the wonderful service I endured. The amount of knowledge and professionalism I received from Maria was by far the BEST and helped make all my decisions much easier. THANK YOU to all for such an amazing experience.

Just want to express that I am very satisfied with Avid service. I live in Wexford and experienced a roof leak situation. I called the office and they were able to send a professional roofer to look into my issue the next day. Very impressive.
Terrible company! After mishaps with my bank and actively trying to make payments, my account was sent to collections and an extra $200 in lawyers fees got added on to a bill I was actively attempting to pay. I emailed the owner directly with no response, and the woman at the front desk was never any help, not the least bit understanding, and wouldn't even transfer me to anyone else to discus the matter further. I hate knowing that I give these people money.
My experience with Avid Property Management has been extremely satisfying. Highly recommend to others.
Rude people. Was told I was going to be taken to court and pay fines over $25 late fee that I did not owe. I had a notice saying I had 15 days from letter to pay HOA dues and I paid it within that time line. Not even sure what our HOA does. We have nothing except street lights. Don’t even have a sign with addition’s name.
I have a few units in different communities that Avid manages, I have to say that their Customer Service is amazing and quick compared to other companies.
When I needed help with my homeowner portal, their rep. Marie was willing to walk me step by step, she was patient with my 10 plus questions and any concerns I had. I have had the opportunity of dealing with them a few times and they are always 100% professional and courteous.
Keep up the Awesome Job Avid!
At one time, AVID had some problems with their employees and weren't as client oriented as we would have liked. Since my initial review, AVID has picked their game up big time and I would definitely recommend them.
