31 I don’t usually do reviews, but after dealing with my Association going to a new management company, I had too.
This company definitely has the best customer service rep hands down.
After trying several times to register for my online access, and not doing it correctly I called them.
I spoke to a rep, I believe her name was Maria or Mary.
She walked me step by step until I got it right.lol
She didn’t get frustrated with me, even when I asked several questions about the portal and how and where i could get what I was looking for.

Never received payment notice and then receive letter wanting to know when payment will be made. No notice for quarterly payment ever arrives on schedule. Would not advise anyone to use Avid Property Management.
They line their pockets with kickbacks from crooked towing companies, Split Second Towing in particular. They allow thieves to take YOUR vehicle from YOUR driveway and do absolutely nothing about it. If an investigation is ever opened up into their management, there absolutely will be people going to prison. I guarantee it.

Rhonda is a breath of fresh air! She is positive and light hearted. She is also knowledgeable, realistic and cost conscious. I appreciate her follow through. Managing any community is a million details.she is always kind to the frequent callers yet able to set limits. She is also open to my input and direction as I seek to better my community.

Terrible customer service. Just sends you to voicemail when you call.and I am just trying to pay them! And the mailbox wont except any more messeges! Rediculous.
