Incredible long wait times while being forced to watch a really annoying loud Cinderella musical in the waiting room. Waited over 2 hours for them to see our foster son. I have a splitting headache myself from the visit.

They are so disorganized there. I had office lady call and say I have appointment with dr. Seijas at 9: 15. It’s 10: 29 call back and ask when are they calling for my tele health appointment? She says I have appointment with Dr. Eli at 10: 15? !? I had him last time and didn’t send my referrals to my Drs that I desperately need to see. I have Medicaid and have no other Drs I can see I am at a lost. I am young 25 year old mom that’s going to school full time. The health system in America is extremely messed up!

If there was an option to give no stars I would. This place preys on people who need it the most which wouldnt be as bad if they actually got any of the stuff they are supposed to get done. They wont release prescriptions for life saving medicine (insulin of all things) without a doctor's appointment, wont answer the phone to make said appointment, and won't send referrals to other places that specialize in certain fields (endrocronlogly) while simultaneously not being capable of providing the needs to the patient themselves. This place is the worst.

Dr. Seijas is an excellent doctor, but the nursing staff lacks in communication and response time. It's enough to make me switch to a different medical office all the way around simply because the nursing staff alone is a liability.

It's my primary doctors. I love going there. Everyone in the office is always helpful and always smilies. And the doctor's you can talk to them about anything. They always take the time to talk with you. Have a blessed day

Through testing I found out that I had a terminal illness. Aza health and Dr Obioma in particular have been wonderful and very supporting. Because of them I am now cured. Going to this doctor's office saved my life. Everyone from the pharmacist to the doctors and nurses' are well informed, empathetic and professional. I would highly recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

I'm only giving 2 stars because they accept Medicaid and have s sliding scale. "You get what you pay for".
I am currently switching to a new primary, I used them for convenience for a while, always hoping it would get better, nope!
Dr. Eli is probably the best of the doctors there, but that doesnt say much because he doesnt really care about your concerns it seems. Dr. Obi, didnt want to test my son for COVID, even though he had all symptoms but no fever (my son goes to daycare and I go to work) so better to be safe than sorry. Never did I think I'd have to justify to a DR. That prevention is key. The doctors dont seem to really want to treat you, or listen to your concerns. Even though we are paying their bills.your patients are NOT an inconvenience. They are understaffed or something. They all have a very low morale it seems.
Also, EVERY SINGLE TIME in the 2 years I have used this place, you will wait typically over an hour.sometimes closer to 2 hours for an appointment even if you fill everything out.

It is virtually impossible to have a telephone call answered. You leave a voicemail and your calls are never returned.
Prescriptions are never called in and you have to literally drive there to tell them something that could have been handled on the phone if they would just pick up.

The medical personnel work their butts off here! Always busy. Difficult to book an appointment. Calling in to try and seriously pray you can get one or pray for a cancellation. Always, always busy.
Do wish they would focus on Diabetes and High blood pressure.

I realize it's a clinic but it'd busy for a reason! I greatly appreciate the person I see there.

Great if you don't have insurance. They use a sliding scale based on your income. Wait times are horrible though. Expect to spend 2-3 hrs there, no matter what time of day your scheduled. The Dr's I've seen were polite and listened well.

Took way to long to be seen. Had an appointment but was there for over 3 hours. I then took a week to call in a prescription after I was seen. I had to call 4 times before they called it in, it was only nausea meds. The place is over booked with not enough staff.

The pharmacy have a great staff, always doing the best for helping me. It's true to sometimes I've been waiting for a long time and those is don't good because i come with my little kids, but for the price, doctors and place it's better waiting for.

I went to my monthly appointment and for bilateral hip bursai injections. Dr. Joseph A. Cartwright is my pain specialist. I followed Dr. Cartwright from Jacksonville to St. Augustine when he moved his practice there. I have been his patient for over three years. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Cartwright is a very good pain doctor. I recommend him to everyone who let's me know they suffer with chronic pain.

Sure the wait can be a bit, but the doctors there are awesome and the lab tech is amazing. It's worth the wait. Go in friendly and grateful for inexpensive doctor visit and you'll leave happy and feeling better. I've been a parient there for 5 years now.

Dr. Seias is a great doctor! BUT the front desk people are unprofessional, I got to my appointment on time 15 minutes before like they ask and the lady in the front just skipped right over my name. Ive been sitting here for almost 45 minutes and have to wait another 15 minutes to be seen by the doctor because of their ill work ethic! This happens to me every time! & im never late for my appointments!

A great place for anyone to go for basic medical needs but especially for low income folks. The medical team as well as the pharmacy are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Extremely long wait, and when seen by the doctor, he rushed me out in a few minutes. Ordered blood work. No diagnosis.

The doctor, Dr Hernandez was rude and totally unprofessional. He did not know my sisters case and instead of doing a follow up from her gallbladder surgery, he was frustrated, obviously angry and took it out on my sister. And he said he couldn't do anything for my sister, as the DOCTOR and had to wait til the PA came in.

Everyone was helpful and professional. Wait wasn't too long. Staff was friendly. Environment was clean. Nurses were thorough and spent as much time answering questions as needed. Provide a lot of free services that the under insured, or uninsured could not afford otherwise.
