Azalea Health St Augustine Doctors, Counselors, Pharmacy reviews
33Sat in waiting room for an hour. Been sitting in exam room for an additional hour waiting for a Doctor just fir a simple sports physical for my daughter. Will never come back!
I have been a patient at this clinic for years. They have a really friendly staff and the doctors are very good. They have a nice pharmacy. They have a movie playing in the waiting room. They also have nice bathrooms.
The worst people to deal with. The dr is nice when you are there but as far as getting test results back or getting referrals done they are the worst. I just had a nurse give me a attitude on the phone and was extremely rude ️ Would not recommend I’m switching dr offices ASAP!
Grear site to have a accesible medical care.the personal on front desk and al the nurses and doctor are wonderful people's
I've always had great experience here and Dr. Seijas is a very good doctor and cares about your well-being.
Can't give them more than 2 stars rating because of the waiting time. I had appointment at 10: 30 by the time RN saw me it was 12: 30! I'm not sure how to react either schedule was poorly set up or they honestly don't value patient's time and patience! In my case I simply run out of patience!
I like that I can always get a same day appt when I call at 8am. I like that they have an in clinic lab. I like my Dr. Nancy Boyd
Long waiting time, they thrust you with a lengthy paper work, if you are sick and wanna see a doctor would you be able to write or answer their questions?
The staff does not concentrate on the ailments or the symptoms and rather do other useless tests.
This place sucks. I arrived at 9: 30 with my daughter for a blood test. She had not eaten because of the test and after two hours I had to leave because she had not been seen.
Also the bathroom were nasty.
This location can get very crowded and have long wait times. The Hastings office however is very quick and quiet.
Left over 10 message and spoke to 5 receptionist to talk to the Dr.regarding my blood work and further test that I might need. No call back from Dr. Nancy Boyd, No Answers, Nothing. One of the receptionist told me if I'm that worried about go to the hospital so FRUSTRATING!
The new pharmacy manager is like a gay Nazi. When Melissa left so did their customer service. Terrible, unfriendly and completely unable to work with you. They will not sell you partial prescriptions if you happen to be a little short and they DON'T HAVE the best prices in town. DON'T waste your time with this place, the Dr's are changing every month, you never have the same one which means they never have a chance to get to know YOU, which is what a good Dr does. STAY AWAY
First, commending and thanking Nancy Boyd for her courtesy, competence and patience. She deserves the positive comments made by patients and staff, and lives up to her sterling reputation.
Second, the Azalea Pharmacy staff is the most attentive, thorough, caring and responsive group I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The level of customer service provided is Top Shelf stuff, all around.
Thanks to all at Azalea. Your efforts over the years are very much appreciated.
