Aztec Plumbing & Drains, Fort Myers FL

Employees were very polite and professional. Plumbers showed up wearing protective clothing due to the epidemic. This was my first time using the service of Aztec Plumbing and if I have any other plumbing issues they would be my first choice. The three gentlemen that did my repiping were great, (cant remember their names sorry) Kudos to the re piping crew.

Our technician Roderick Henderson was great! I liked the fact that the company sent an email introducing him and included his picture so we knew who was coming. He was on time and was able to clear our drain and was very informative and friendly.

Iggy was very informative about what was needed and did the work in a good and efficient professional manner.

Service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Followed mask protocol the entire time he was here. Provided lots of options without pressure or overselling.

Jason was pleasant, polite and respectful. My only complaint is the cost, over $1,000 for faucet and installation.

Aztec is friendly, responsive (I called before 9am, technician was here before 1pm), competent, and provides good service. I have had them for all our plumbing needs for several years, and I recommend them highly. Brandon did a great job fixing the main problem today and came up with a clever solution for a "design" issue in our kitchen. We are very pleased.

Our repiping went incredibly well. Shane and his crew were in and out within 7 hours. We are very happy with the work Aztec did. Inspection passed easily and Robert came the following day to repair the drywall. You can't even tell there was work done as Robert matched everything perfectly. We are very happy with the work done!

The techs were awesome, super friendly and helpful and even showed me how to fix it on my own if I want to in the future. Aztec never disappoints! Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful our house is old and need new pipes threw out Dan gave a price that was great they crew Chris, Tim, Brian, Randy, John, and Robert and Grant too was great and very clean and clean up they did everything and Missis in the office was very nice and helpful I told my friends about you guys very happy with them they will always be my plumbing company Thank you for everything

The technician today, 1-10-2019 I can't remember his name, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions so I could fully understand the concern I had with the water heater. He was also very polite and easy to talk to. I was very pleased with his work ethics.

My serviceman, Ron was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely courteous. He provided me information that was helpful not only for my immediate needs, but information that is beneficial for my future needs.

Lonnie from Aztec was GREAT. He was friendly and always kept me in the loop of dverthever he was doing. He even insisted that we check on his work to make sure it was up to my standards. It exceeded my standards. I highly recommend Aztec Plumbing and will definitely use them again in the future.

Shane, Brian, and Tim were great. Arrived on time. Explained the re-pipe process to us. Cleaned up afterward. Kept us informed as the work progressed.

The plumber tried to scam my grandmother. She needed her faucet tightened and he tried to sell her a brand new Moen faucet for over $1000. I was able to fix it for her in 5 minutes using pliers and a $1 roll of plumbers tape. Stay away from Aztec, they prey on senior citizens!

Matt was professional and provided a good assessment of the plumbing emergency I was having. My phone call was answered quickly with a plumber at my house within 30 minutes. I was not charged for the visit and informed of the minor repair I could make on my own to prevent problems in the future.

I have used Aztec Plumbing multiple times. I am always very happy with the service. I especially like the phone call and email that I receive when the technician is on the way. The email contains a picture of the person coming and the date of the last background check plus a short bio. Aztec Plumbing employees are friendly, and prompt. It is very clear that the company works hard at customer service and that will keep me coming back every time.
