25Josh went above and beyond to help with the reason why he was called along with checking and fixing a few other things of concern. He was very courteous and professional. I’ve always had great repairs and trust Aztec Plumbing for any future needs of ours and would highly recommend them.
The plumber was friendly and punctual. The office staff was as well. The problem is the ridiculous amount of money they want for basic jobs. I asked to replace my kitchen faucet, which was quoted to me at $700. I thanked him for his time and sent him away. I got it done for less than $100 from another plumber. My advice is don't get just one bid. Call around and see what everyone else is charging. Also, read all the reviews, positive and negative, before you make a decision.
This company is a rip-off! They pushed the American greed to a new height. They charged my tenant a simple white American Standard toilet for $700, which would cost around $100 in Lowe’s or Home depot. This is how they served the locals. I will report this company to BBB and other authorities as well.
To the management: maybe your activity is not illegal, but definitely UNETHICAL！
Aztec was awesome, i called at 8 am on wednesday before thanksgiving to replace my garbage disposal. Shane appeared at my door by 9: 30 and had me all set up by 10am. Shane is a asset for Aztec plumbing. A very nice and professional person.
Put in one toilet and one faucet. Bill was $1506. Total labor time on job two hours and one hour running for parts. Very very expensive Crazy high prices. SHOP AROUND.
