(NO Star) I traveled from ny to get away and wanted to go home the first day. This place never answered the front desk when I called, soon as I entered my room smells like mildew like old wet towels and the bathroom has model on the ceiling. The worst part is I asked for towels after going down to front desk (because they won’t answer the phone) and they wrote my room # down and never sent anyone up so after 2 hours or more my fiancé then went back down and they said they will send someone up he comes inside and 5 minutes later someone knocked as we fiancé walks to the door a gentleman opens the door with a key and comes in I couldn’t believe it. Never seen anything like this.

We had previously stayed at the B Hotel in Fort Lauderdale and loved it. We are currently staying at the B Resort & Spa in Orlando and I am beyond disappointed. We arrived to a direct room that smelled terrible. We found a dirty sock in the room and all the front desk offered was to give us keys to a new room after we had unpacked. Mind you the room was just as disappointing as the one we were already in. When we went to shower we found hair in the shower and not just one pe two strands that someone can miss but a wad of hair. It was evident that the room was NOT “clean and sanitized” as they claim. I am beyond disappointed!

Definitely not enough staff. Rooms not ready.amenities not available (hard to get towels etc). Other hotels in the area had food available.pool and hot tub not what it looks like. It was ok for us because we only slept here.would not recommend to family and friends.

The smell of mildew in the hallways and bedroom, it smells like the carpets need a deep clean shampoo! The shower towel had mildew the ceiling of the shower had mildew and one of the bath towels looked as though it had not been washed it had brown stains. There was only one face cloth in the bathroom and my room was queen double beds so what could I do with one face cloth. Terrible place to stay. The pictures on the internet look very nice but once you arrive this place is old, there’s only 1 USB port. And the bed look to be full size and not queens! If I could load pictures I would. Also once you arrive. You will be charged an additional $180 for parking and hotel fee, not sure why the hotel fee because they not cleaning rooms daily due to covid

Absolutely nothing like the pictures and not clean at all. And no balcony access and no special captivating view. And you have to pay for parking daily.

If I cld give a 1/2 star I wld. This place should NOT have the word “Resort” in its name. Here’s why:

The room smelled awful, moldy and musty.
The beds were worn and rough
The carpeting stinks, EVERYWHERE
The shower let water out on the bath floor
The A/C was loud as hell
No outlets by the bed. Covered by ugly headboard
USB ports to charge devices did not work
ONE BARTENDER at overcrowded pool bar
Their restaurant, really a High School cafeteria, smells.
The annoying lady harassing you to buy attractions tickets EVEY time you walk in the lobby

Ok, I’m tired.

NEVER AGAIN!
I’ve told everyone I know and a ton of strangers too.

Disgusting! Rooms smell like mold, sheets make you itch, bathtub leaks water, old tile! Nasty old building. Walked into the Spa ICE COLD HORRIBLE. Beautiful lobby nice staff but then you walk into your room and its trash. We looked at 6 diffrent rooms. We were there on a soccer tournament so I had not options or refund to leave. Didn't sleep for 2 days.

Ashley at the front desk was exceptionally nice! There was a massive soccer tournament and the hotel was packed. Our room was above mediocre with a huge shower. Everything worked, except for the AC; it needed tripped, but once it blew cold air, it didn't stop! So either: freezing, off, or hot. We didn't stay long enough to rectify the issue.

Checked in stressed out from traffic and an argument with my woman. Ashley, who checked me in, noticed my stress right away and went out of her way to make my check in easier and stress free. It helped me calm down a lot. That is top notch and classy service if you ask me. Thank you!

Daniel was also very helpful.

We only stayed as an overnight before we started a week at the parks. There was a nice treat for the kids when we got there in free scoops of gelato for our littles. The room was well equipped with coffee and a mini fridge. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location and friendly staff, but the rooms weren't very clean and our first room smelled very strongly like sewer gas. They did agree to move us and the second room didn't smell, but it wasn't very clean either with visible fingerprints on the desk and grit on the floor.

Great location, within walking distance to Disney springs. Transportation available complimentary, stand up shower, nice size rooms, balcony doesn't open, let the staff know about cleaning issues and they said they would take care of cleaning more thoroughly. Pool area is nice too!

Melanie at the Spa was very professional. I will get another message with her when I come back next year.

We only stayed one night but had a great time and encountered the most amazing staff at their American Kitchen for both dinner and Easter Brunch. Once the staff found out I am vegetarian/Vegan they went out of their way to make a special batch of vegetarian gravy for me for brunch the next day and it was DELICIOUS! The food there is full of flavor.our room was very nice, but MISSING anywhere to charge your cell phones. All of the plugs were used and no charging stations anywhere in the room. Definitely needs to be added. Hallway where elevators are was very dirty and was not cleaned during our stay but we were only there one night

I have been coming for vacation to Orlando Florida every year for the past 6 years an i have stood at different hotels an resorts. I have always been interested in staying at The b resort & spa Everytime i stood at another place in the lake buena vista area i could always see the bright an shinning letter (B) the is on top of the building. Outside the "resort" looks really nice an they have a nice swimming pool.at night the lighting looks really nice around the pool area. Now some of the issues i have with the hotel are just my personal issues. First off the "resort" is called B resort & spa. The spa was being renovated during the week i was there. But from what i was told from a friend of mine who also had stood at the resort the spa was under renovation when he was there. In my honest opinion i think they should have accommodated the guest that were staying at the resort at the time the spa was under renovation with maybe waving the resort fee or the 20 parking fee you get charged at the front desk. The heated pool they have can only fit a very small family maybe 3-4 people at most so when you have multiple families staying at a resort an only one hot tub that could fit only 3-4 people its really not a good equation. The room layouts were horrible two beds in one room an the tv was offset to one side of the room so whoever is sleeping on the far side of the room will not have a good view of the tv. This hotel was definitely not my favorite of the ones that i have been to again these were just some of my personal issues with this hotel.

I liked the location. We were here for a soccer tournament, and it was a short walk to Disney Springs. There were plenty of food options nearby, and it was a short drive to the ESPN park for the games. I also liked the Aveda toiletries. The rooms were cleaned well, and the lady was very accommodating of our schedule. Unfortunately, when we first arrived, the lady checking us in was not particularly friendly. She seemed overwhelmed, because she was constantly helping the other girl that was checking people in. Our keys ended up not working for our room, but she resolved that. When we tried to get a warm shower by turning the single dial all the way to H, the water never warmed up. We called the front desk, and the guy seemed pretty uninterested in our problem. He said he would send maintenance. They never came, and we eventually figured out the hot and cold were mixed up, so H was cold and C was hot. The next morning, our teammate informed us that someone came into their room after midnight, because they somehow got issued a key for their room. A little later, the staff were at their door accusing them of crashing in the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based purely on the staff. Other than the cleaning lady, no one I encountered was particularly friendly or customer service oriented. It is a far cry from staying at an actual Disney resort where they will go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience.

My hotel room was not vacuumed or swept by the walls. No microwaves in the room. Charged erroneous fees (parking, booking, resort fees, etc). When I explained I booked through priceline and I didn't have to pay the fees (except resort) they refused to finish my reservation. I ended up paying because I already paid online taxes and price of room.

They have other hotel staff shaking people in the lobby to give them money to view their hotel. After I refused she still kept hounding me every time I went to the lobby. Checkout was a nightmare with only one person and a line out the door. Will never go back here.

I very much enjoyed my time at B Resort! We arrived earlier than standard check-in time and were told no rooms were available for us yet. We looked around the hotel in the meantime. The outdoor patio and seating areas were nice and the October weather was beautiful, making it a nice spot to relax for a while. The bar was expensive, but the drinks were good and strong. When we finally got checked in and went up to our room I was slightly disappointed to see greasy handprint smudges on the door. There was also a wall in the hallway being painted that looked rather poorly repaired. Seems to be showing a bit of age of the hotel. Our room was nice, loved the amount of space we had in the King room as well as the bathroom. Our room was well cleaned each day. We booked the Bed and Breakfast room which came with 2 breakfast buffets each morning. Unfortunately, we were charged for one day, but ended up getting it removed from our credit card bill after some work a month later. I had a great massage at the spa. Wish I could have gotten more, but they were pricey. Overall, a great stay! Look forward to going back.
