B Resort & Spa, Lake Buena Vista FL

B Resort and Spa has been an amazing day staff were super friendly help my girlfriend with her shampoo problem because they gave us some that had Rosemary mint and my girlfriend is allergic so they went ahead and helped us out with that then it's my first time ever been to Orlando before so they told me a bunch of places to go things to do.and to add on to the location it is perfect I walked over to Disney Springs get all of my stuff there and could walk easily back even after being out all day walking it was perfect my room has been amazing they could not have been a better stay unless I was getting a room that was a lot more money and now that I have experienced this day and makes me want to stay again just with a better room.tell me one word for everything amazing

Arrived at the hotel, queued for 15mins because there were only 2 personnel on the front desk in a busy afternoon.thats a minus points there.coz we just had our long flight and tired unfortunately.however our room was fabulous.except that i wish they have slip on slippers coz the carpet feels wet and sticky to me i dont know why.the room was clean though. And the staffs on the entrance are kind, love the music there and the contemporary design of the hotel.we paid extra hundred dollars for the amenities we didnt use like the pool.eck.good thing there's a free ride to disney park.
