They have nice furniture and people are willing to help you until after the sale. No response from the sales person about when all pieces were in and delivery could be set up. I had to call 3 days in a row to finally get a day for delivery. Then no communication from anyone on the day of delivery. Had to call store to find out that delivery is running behind. Probably will not do business there again.

I've been looking for a particular chair for my bedroom, ive searched other websites and wasn't very pleased.i received email from badcock lastnite it had a photo of a living room, that was when i saw my chair i drove to badcock and they has it and i bought it. I was so excited.

I have been a customer for some years now. But hadn't made any recent purchases so I thought I'd have to go through a lot BUT I didn't the process was very quick and MRS PEGGY WAS EXCELLENT WITH HELPING TO MAKE SURE I WAS GETTING WHAT I WANTED AND HOW IT WORKED AND EVEN HELPING ME MATCH THINGS SHE IS AWESOME, I HAD A WONDERFUL VISIT AND LEFT VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED I LOOK FORWARD TO MAKING FUTURE PURCHASES AND BABCOCK IS MY 1 AND ONLY FURNITURE STORE, EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY AND SO HELPFUL, I LOVE THAT STORE

The woman who helped me was fabulous. My rati g however will go down to 1 star IF my pick up experience is as bad as the last, so let me explain.
I purchased a dining room table and 4 chairs. Received the chairs as promised but failed to get my actual table (can't eat dinner on chairs) they said it was on back order (no one told me this upon purchase or I would have went with a different set) was told it would be almost another month before the table arrived so I was forced to get something else. Supposed to be picking up my $2k+ ge washer/dryer set today. Will update my rating IF I do not receive them as promised again

Went in twice in a week. First time no one greeted us or asked if we needed help for almost 20min. When we did get help it was in the form of a beat up catalogue and nothing else. We did see a nice coffee table. When wife returned to purchase it she was told it would be assembled prior to pick up. When she picked it up, it was in a box, still needing all of the assembly. She barely got a perfunctory apology and nothing else. I’ll never be back. If you want to shop local go to Hank’s instead.

The young lady that helped us was amazing! She made the experience even better! She wasn't pushy in anyway she listened to what we wanted and where we wanted to stay budget wise. She was also very helpful and professional! The online application for the credit was very easy and I loved the fact that when we got to the store the associate that helped us remember me from my phone call earlier, also not having to do anything more with the whole credit part was very nice. Doing the credit application online was very fast and easy. Thank you for making it stress free and please give that young lady a raise or bonus or something! She will definitely be one of my reasons for coming back to furnish the rest of my home in the very near future.

Haven’t been into this location in years. The new management has done wonderful things with the store, the new sales team is awesome and very friendly. I received my delivery within a week when other stores in Pensacola told me it would be almost a month. Me and my wife will be back soon to purchase more!

We we're not greeted right away but the young lady who helped us was amazing! She explained the delivery and helped us get the couch sooner rather than later. The last couch lasted 12 years and was from Badcock! Will always recommend Badcock!

I’ve used Badcock here for over 10 yrs. Bought memory foam beds, leather recliners, & a stove. I’ve been very satisfied with all products & service. Yes, I needed service one time, they responded quickly & fixed the problem. For anyone with limited credit & a wish list, Badcock has allowed me to purchase new items on a payment plan I can afford.

Great furniture store, with nice, friendly staff. They have the best quality pieces. Kourtney was a great help with assisting with my needs. I have been a returning costumer for years, as their customer services has always been top notch.

They make it hard to make your payment. Every time I call I'm either put on hold or their system is down. I called to make a payment on black friday last year and I was told they were too busy to take my payment. They took my name and number and said they would call me back. They never did. Guess they don't want my money.

Greeted by Peggy; Wonderful personality. We eere there to merely browse and actet het initial greeting, she let us do just that.browse! She didn't hang around like a vulture. She answered our questions to our satisfaction.

Her kindness and patidnce with us made us feel welcome appreciated and that makes us want to cone back.

Some good furniture in stock, just wish there was more of a variety of colors as everyone is not into the earth tones that all the furniture stores are carrying now. All credit is accepted and that's good. Opportunity to improve ones credit.

Good furniture. The place is small but the friendliness of the employees are big. Payment plans are welcome. They wirk with you. A good way to build your credit.

Super friendly, the girls up front helped me find everything I needed. Kourtney was my sales person and she was great! The warehouse guys got me loaded out fast and they had a great attitude! Would I go back YES!

It's a busy store and I felt like they paid attention to every customer and asked if they needed help. They noticed I was looking at a living room set and I thought it would be more than I was wanting to pay a month, but a sales associate named, Kourtney, worked with me to get a lower payment I could afford. Every time I call to make a payment, they answer the phone promptly, and I can make a payment quickly. I'll definitely be going back to get my dining room set.

Friendly staff were eager to help when we came in. They allowed us to look around so we didn't feel pressured. We've bought a living room set that we love. Went back sometime later and bought a bed. We went there today and received exemplary service and was able to order us a bunk bed set my son asked Santa to get. I highly recommend people at least stop by and look. Everything we have purchased has been of high quality.

The worst place to get furniture! Tammy is completely rude and Peggy is full of lies this company puts you on hold a lot and gives fake delivery dates. Please choose somewhere else to get you furniture you have been warned!
