28No one wanted, to help us or speak to my, husband and I we were trying, to furnish a whole house so thats, fine they won't get our money
They sent my furniture and the tracks are messed up and their service sucks I've called and they're open 1-6 no answer
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WILL NEVER BE BACK AND VERY RUDE! Never greeted walked around for over 15 minutes. The 3 or 4 ladies just sat behind the service counter on the computer. Did not even want to give them one star, but that was the only option I had to make this post.
Fast friendly service! Kourtney helped my family and I find exactly what we wanted. We always drive the extra miles to visit this store.
Worst customer service ever, if I could I wouldn't give any stars they do not deserve it. I walked in with my husband and my kids and the girl helping us started talking about a show on Netflix about a girl losing her virginity, come on show some respect also

I walk in the next day and instead of helping me they help everyone else people walking in the door people on the phone but did they help me?

They are good with customer service. They have a wide array of products in store and a giant catalog to even more from.
AWFUL! They deserve no stars! Ordered a bedroom set and was given a delivery date. They did not show, and did not call.when the furniture came it was incorrect. They did not offer to fix anything on their part.i was told payments would be 75, then when i called about fixing the wrong furniture they said the payment would be 180. BUYER BEWARE
