Great experience with Don in the Winter Garden location! Very knowledgeable and patient.
Delivery guys were great and everything went smooth! My client and I are very happy with our choices and Baer’s services.

This store has quality furniture and excellent service. Stewart P.greeted us, did not hover but remained available to answer our questions and offer advice. He was excellent and made the trip a pleasure. The store had more variety than we had seen elsewhere. Arranging delivery was quick and easy. It was delivered on time by pleasant and professional Baer’s employees, not some other contractor. They were meticulous, clean, polite, and concerned to ensure we were satisfied. I rate this store and this experience as outstanding.

Very bad experience at the Casselberry location. Placed an order for a bedroom set back in November. We finally got the furniture in January to find out that the salesperson forgot to order one of the night stands we already paid for. He claimed that we only ordered for one! How do you order a bedroom set with only one night stand! Once they confirmed that we already paid for it and the salesperson forgot to order it, We have been told that we have to wait for it until so times in May!
We also ordered a full size mirror as shown on the showroom floor and noted on the order that we didn’t want the floor model as it was scratched. They attempted to deliver the scratched floor mirror twice hoping we wouldn’t notice!
We had so many more items on the list we were planning to order from them. But we cancelled the order and went elsewhere.
I wouldn’t recommend shopping at Baer’s.

Great furniture, Don (our salesman) went above and beyond our expectations, the delivery was extremely quick and everything is absolutely perfect! I haven’t a single negative comment to include. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

We worked with Ramon and had the most pleasant experience! My husband and I do not enjoy "salesmen", but Ramon was never pushy. He gave us a wide variety of options and answered all of our questions. He was also very patient as we changed our minds a few times along the way. Baer' s has very nice quality furniture. You can be rest assured no matter what you end up purchasing, it will be a worthy investment.

This was our second purchase from Baers in Winter Garden. Our sales person is Esther. Our experience was great from purchase to delivery. The quality of the furniture is very good. Our overall experience was excellent and we plan to make a third purchase in the next few weeks.

The pieces were of high quality and everything was prompt and as ordered. There was an issue with the first two pieces and delivery was refused. Customer service handled the problem and redelivery was quick and courteous.
