While our new house was being built, Baer's had a fantastic sale on Tommy Bahama furniture. We had picked out our sideboard previously. I was able to order it by phone, and they stored it for us until we were in the new house.
Delivery was as flawless as placing the order. Three men brought it into the house and handled it with care all the way.
We will definitely shop there again.

Beautiful furniture some constructed well and some not so well, and very poor customer service. Sales people and customer service could care less. My wife and I spent over 10k on day one. Went back 3 more times in less than a week and purchased another 4k plus.

Talked to their flooring manager about purchasing some flooring for our new home which would have been another 12 to 17k. You would think a company would want to keep this type customer very happy. NOT THIS ONE. It seems to us that after the sale, they dont truly care about their customers and dont want to do whats right by the customer.

Been waiting for their customer response team to contact us about an issue with an item on the first delivery. No call yet, this was over 2 weeks ago. To be honest it is not even worth my time to spend 30 mins to write a complete review. My best advice. Purchase at your own risk. They will smile, say all kinds of nice things, promise the world and never deliver what they promised or should. All I can say is after the sale, buyer beware! I learned the hard way and will never do business with this company again

Baer’s service at the Orlando store was amazing (kudos to Esther and Manny) and the delivery guys (Cornelius and Eddy) were extremely professional. We’re going back.

After shopping at 5 stores Baer's had the best selection. Quality futniture and excellent service. The delivery was prompt and the workers were courteous. BAER'S indicated workers were background checked. All in all a very impressive experience.

Nice showroom. Pricey. I am more of a Homegoods or Wayfair customer. Sale prices are reasonable.

Salesman was annoying, did not like the bashing of other outlets. And the constant comparison of man versus woman taste, irritated my wife and I. Beautiful furniture, nothing to what were in the market for. Upper prices to be expected, but still in a range of consideration. Just turned off by the sales pitch.

Delivery as promised. Product problems and service unavailable timely. There was a problem with the assembly of the table when it was manufactured which we had to fix ourselves. We should not have had to deal with this problem. Called for service and they said 3 days to get call back then we could schedule a repairperson. Unexceptable!

After bringing the wrong bed frame (Queen) last fall (Aug), the guys showed up this week with the correct size frame (Cal King) Unfortunately, we returned it because it was damaged. You may want to start a QC program. We will never use your stores again.

Fairly new location in Winter Garden.
We purchased an 8 piece bedroom set which also included the mattress and box spring. Very pleased with customer service/price and quality of the furniture. Overall a good experience.

Love working with Judith. The delivery men were very professional and make sure all is completed and customer is satisfied prior to leaving.

Delivery was great. Our salesman Stewart let us wander around without pressure. However he told us initially we could get a group discount but it was just sales talk. We would not otherwise have expected it but since he mentioned it and my wife called him on it, it left a sour taste. The Tommy Bahama bed and nightstands are nice. We bought a Broyhill dresser with mirror because we didn't like the Tommy Bahama offerings and Broyhill matched well.

Very nice place to buy furniture, excellent quality and outstanding customer service. So professional!
