We purchased our furniture In February and were told 6-8 weeks for delivery. Months passed and I had to call them three times to inquire where our furniture was. It arrived at the end of June damaged. They let us keep the damaged nightstand to use, and will swap it out later, but the dresser was broken and could be a danger. They scheduled redelivery for a new dresser the following week. It was also damaged, but they are letting us use it until October when the next one comes in. It is July. At least the follow through is happening so far, but I am disappointed in my Baers experience. And besides the damaged furniture, it does seem to be well made and quite beautiful.

James and Wyndell were fantastic and professional. They showed up on time and went above and beyond to satisfy myself. Their customer service was phenomenal! They went put of their way to clean my table base with a magic eraser and touched up a paint chip with a paint marker. These two deserve a raise!
I also love my new dining set!

The sales person who assisted us listened to what we were looking for, took us to several options and then provided us information on what was in stock. Given all the delays everyone warned us about I was shocked that we purchased on 7/1 and had it delivered on 7/6.

This is my first time shopping at Baer’s and will be my last. I ordered 2 nightstands, a recliner, a rug and an armoire on Jan 29. I was told the longest item would take 10 weeks but could potentially take 12. The armoire was delivered March 31,8 weeks after the order, which wasn’t bad. I started inquiring on the rest of the furniture April 20,12 weeks after the order was placed. Two weeks after that inquiry I finally received a response. That the nightstands were due in May, the recliner should be here any day now and that the rug was ready. I waited. On May 11 I emailed for a status update. Nothing. On May 18 I emailed for a status update. Nothing. On May 20 I emailed for a status update. I got a response May 21 that the recliner should be in transit and the nightstands were now due in late June. And the recliner had not even been fabricated and that production date was scheduled for June 9 and would ship that day but would take 2 weeks for transit.

At that point I told them I wanted a refund on the deposit I put down on the recliner and nightstands. I went into the store to cancel and was told the recliner had been started and since it was a special order it couldn’t be cancelled. I reluctantly agreed and Baer did cancel the nightstands but applied the refund to the balance due in the recliner. The rug was delivered June 8. I was told June 4 and waited all day but it was never delivered. When I called the only explanation I got was “it didn’t get on that delivery list” and was scheduled for June 8.

Now it’s June 19, and I have left 3 emails. Salesperson said she left a message with the fabricator on June 17 and was waiting for a reply. Of course I never got a call back and now called the store and am waiting for a call back. It has now been 20 weeks since the order was placed. I am extremely disappointed with the sense of urgency and lack of communication. But the worst is being lied to. That is totally unacceptable.

I brought a Stressless chair $$$ and table with it. In the beginning I agreed to at least a month before it would arrive. We are over that now. Just got off the phone now end of July. They offer nothing….
this will not happen again to me. It’s one thing to agree but another thing to be put off. No table, no credit, no answer. It’s TOO bad for me!

Terry Hart of BAERS furniture has been great to work with and good to us as well. We're still waiting for our first order as expected (it's a special order), in the meantime, we saw something online that we liked, called Terry, ordered it and took delivery today in less than 4 days!

Poor set-up and installers were not prepared to remove glue residue from a sticker on the furniture so the piece was rejected. I expected better from Baer's!

Very good communication regarding the delivery times so as to not waste my day. Professional level of furniture assembly placement and cleanup. We couldn’t ask for more.

For some reason this is the first time I have been to Baer's. Im usually a little leery about sales people but our sales lady Kay Keller was wonderful. She let us wander about on our own until we needed help and then she helped us complete the buying process with minimum fuss. The showroom is well laid out with great choices in high end furniture We will defiantly shop there again

Don't like their policy that you have to sign off on furniture that there is no returns and all furniture is as is, but you don't get to see it before you pay for it because it's in there warehouse.

My husband and I were looking for a leather sofa and loveseat. Another place had one that we liked, but we were looking at least 6-8 weeks until delivery. We decided to look at Baer’s and found something that we liked even better, for less money and it could be delivered within a few days. Great communication regarding delivery time and schedule and we are very happy with our purchase. We will return here for future furniture needs since they have great selection and competitive prices.

My salesperson could not have been more helpful! Melissa Golden is the best and I will recommend her to to all of my friends. I also want to say that the delivery men were extremely professional to the point of moving my door mat back into place on the way out! I’m a Baer’s fan

The delivery crew were professional and careful. They delivered my chair and made survit was in a void location.
I appreciate Baer’s good communication regarding delivery times and your checking to see if I as a customer was satisfied.

Eddie Henry was very helpful to us in selecting a bed, bedroom suite, and sofa. We were there about 2 1/2 hours and he was always there to answer any questions. That is the best store I have ever been in. We will probably be back to buy another recliner. And btw the Serta icomfort mattress is better than our temperpedic breeze. Both are adjustable bases but I comfort is much more comfortable. All the delivery guys were super.

We designed our rugs for our new home and they turned out great. Great experience and help. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful. Will certainly purchase more at Baers

So disappointed! Still waiting for Baer's to call to set up a new delivery date, our new Stressless recliner that we purchased was not on the truck today as promised—they did bring an over-stuffed green leather corner piece for a sectional sofa. Sure could use that Stressless recliner to help relieve the stress I’m going through!
