Baer's Furniture, West Melbourne FL

We purchased a Broyhill bed, and it was delivered today.oh my such a beautiful addition to our home! Delivery guys were quick, polite, and on time!

Huge showroom with a large selection of a variety of household wares. Some of the items were kind if wierd (who buys a gaint leather and wood turtle shaped shaped dresser?), but they also had some more normal stuff. I did dock a point because no store associate offered to assist me in the 40 minutes a spent in the store. It didn't bother me because I was just getting decorating ideas, but if someone was looking to buy something it might make that difficult.

Delivery staff were excellent. Unfortunately many pieces had to be returned due to issues with the pieces. I am still happy with Baer's.

I ordered a table and waited 8 weeks for it to arrive and when it arrived it was the wrong color. I refused the table and now I'm fighting for a refund. Bear's is saying they cannot issue a refund until the wrong table is back in their inventory. The table was back in their inventory as soon as I refused it and the delivery guys put it back on the Bear's company truck. Now I have invested my time and money and have no table! Bear's has let me down and I will not be shopping there again.

It was such a delight to shop at Baer's today! All the furniture pieces I selected were in stock and will be delivered next week. Many thanks to Eddie for all his assistance!

We just ordered a new dining table and had a wonderful experience. They honored our price after a sale ended, the sales associates were all very friendly and helpful. We came in many times to look before making our decision and were never pressured. Overall, our second time buying and again a great experience with beautiful furniture!
