24It is doing well compared to other FLA areas.fish are biting well whiting.trout.reds.sheepshead.stingray.puffer.and of course tons of catfish. Capt Claudia come fish with me. Dolphin family tours.
Good time in the sun. We need to clean up the lagoon. The water is very brown. Sad to see us let it get this bad. Still fun for a day out.
Take a boat tour and your very likely to see dolphins and manatee. We had 5 or more dolphins swim along side our boat for a couple minutes. That was a high point of our trip, though they said that rarely happens. This picture shows a manatee just under the surface.
Beautiful! Great views, lots of wildlife, and would make a great place to fish. The water along the bank and mangrove is pretty shallow when I visited and seemed to be about 3 feet deep so a taller fishperson might be able to wade out and stand in the water, however the water under the causeway bridge is very deep. You can see military planes taking off and landing from the air force base. If you prefer a completely quiet undisturbed nature experience this may not be the place for you.
