Went in for a simple physical back in September. They ordered some blood work to be done which I went to do. Now I'm receiving a $620 bill that I should not have to pay for NINE MONTHS LATER. If they would have done their job right and put the correct lab codes I wouldn't be having this issue. This place is horrible and no matter how many times I call them to correct it they still cant. I expect a call back ASAP.

This place is a worst doctor's office I've ever seen in my life. You'll be waiting for 2 hours before anybody sees you and if you have lab results they will never ever give you your results. It doesn't matter if you have serious health conditions or need care they never call you back with results. It took us two months and countless calls to get results for a serious medical concern. We finally had to call the lab and have them send results to a new doctor because this doctor would never even get back with us. They called in all the wrong prescriptions and you will never be able to get a person when you call the office for any reason. You will have to drive all the way back over there and walk into the front office for their inadequacy. Be prepared to waste a colossal amount of time and to feel like a complete nobody when you are here. The people here seem to hate their jobs and punish the patients. Even the PA is the rudest lady in the world. She treated my elderly father with such disrespect she should be ashamed. They screw up all your billing and charge you over $200 for a simple office visit. What a joke.

It is a chore to speak with Diane. She will tell you things with great conviction even if its dead wrong. I cringe when I have to talk to her on the phone.

Take forever and have terrible service. Front desk staff are rude and display ngative attitudes towards patients.

They have a very clean office.the nurses and Doctors are just so helpful they take extra time just to take good care or the patients.also great parking.plus you are in and out no hassle.i recommend them to anyone who is indeed of a doctor

Worst Healthcare Provider I have EVER experienced. BEWARE they have now renamed it to St Vincent Primary Health Care, but it is the same incompetent staff attempting to work. If I could rate zero stars I would! Extremely disorganized. They cannot even figure out how to refill prescription orders to your correct pharmacy and fail to return voicemails or notify you of any lab results. You have to contact them multiple times, weeks even to try and get a response. I had to call the front desk appt schedulers to leave messages for a nurse or doctor to answer messages or simple refill needs. I even spoke to a supervisor who said they would call me back within the hour and NEVER called back! DO NOT risk putting your health in these incompetent, disorganized and unprofessional hands!

They will not return your phone calls, including when you press the button to file a complaint. They cause medical neglect by ignoring pharmacy requests to refill prescriptions and ignoring their patients. Completely unacceptable, do not put your health at risk by becoming a patient here.

Update: I assume they saw my review because they finally returned my call. Hopefully they will continue to improve

This is the first review I’ve ever felt the need to write because people deserve to know. Nobody ever answers the phone when I call. I’ve called multiple times in a row for consecutive days and waited on hold for at least 10 minutes. I’ve tried leaving messages. I had to drive there to ask them a question. I had bloodwork done over 2 weeks ago and they still can not give me my results because the doctor hasn’t reviewed them yet. The doctor I saw last year dismissed all of my issues as if they were nothing and sent me on my way with no answers. The doctor I saw this year was very nice and listened to my concerns and ordered the appropriate tests but unfortunately I will be obtaining my records and going elsewhere.

Be prepared to go into patients room after 30 minutes of wait time from the time of appointment and then 20 minutes for doctor to visit you. But the doctors are good ️

I am a patient at Baymeadow Primary Care for over 20 years. My doctors takes exactly care well being of my health. If I could give my doctors I would give them a 100 because that's how good taking care of my health. Dr. Hussain Imam and Dr. Talat Imam.

The negative reviews does not give this place justice. The Doctors and staff are great. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve walked in and was seen in 25 minuets. Don’t take my word, go in and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

I've been a patient of dr. Hussein for probably 3 years now he's an excellent dr. The practice is professionally run everyone there is caring and considerate and even though going to the doctor can be stressful they make the best of it

Everyone is very helpful. From the front office to the back staff and Doctors. They always work in quickly for urgent visits. Dr. Finan, ALWAYS listens to me and explains do's and don'ts of the meds he prescribed. He is very compassionate and not judgmental.

Only problem is returning calls regarding RX and referrals

One of the cleanest most professional doctor's office I've ever been to the nursing staff are very kind and friendly make you feel very comfortable I recommend this office to everybody who's looking for a professional knowledgeable and caring Healthcare facility

Very friendly staff, sometimes you do have to wait a bit to see the doctor and it can be a little disappointing. But it’s a clean environment. The doctors really do care about helping you and giving the healthcare you need.

It is easy to make or change an appointment without a long wait time.

The doctor takes time with you and answers your questions.

The staff is friendly and helpful

It's good that evening and Saturday appointments are available

Great staff and the Dr's care about you. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a good Dr.

Do not go here, they don't answer calls, they don't care about your well-being and they make you wait hours to be seen for less than 5 minutes with the doctor and nothing to be done. They will be happy to take your money though.

Most of the time you can get right in and seen. He keeps up with his prier notes and address your concerns.

Doctors are really good. I think there are issues with their general administration which needs to be addressed especially with billing and scheduling.
