Baymeadows Healthcare reviews
35Amazing staff and service. Doctors are amazing. I have now seen Dr. Talat for 16 years and he has always been a great doctor and person. Would recommend to others.
Excellent service. Very knowledgable and kind doctors. I've been coming here for years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
You may wait 2.5 hours to see the doctor, and when trying to call and speak with a nurse for a couple important reasons. You are forwarded to her voice mail and never receive a return call! This happened twice in the same week.
Appoint ment was at 5: 15 it's after 6 and I have yet to see the doctor. All I'm getting is a tb test. How hard is it to give memy shot and let me go.
This place sucksss! If I could give them zero stars I would. They’re out to just take your money. Dr. William Finan refused to give me information about my physical to present to my school. When I went to ask him for a form expressing the results of my physical or a typed letter expressing his clinical judgement of my condition, he ignored me and went into his office. His tech, John, told me that they didn’t have computers to type something up on and had other patients to see. I was so livid! I basically went to this facility for nothing and I’m quite sure they have a computer to type up the codes to bill to my insurance for my visit. When I left this place, I called to speak with the office manager and I was told by Michelle that I needed to speak with Mr. Imam who handles situations such as mine. I have yet to get a call from this guy. This place does not care about your well being. BEWARE! Something is not right with these people. I’m healthy btw! No issues with my health at all.so I don’t understand what the problem was. Oh, let me not forget this part.the physician did however try to fill out a “return to work form” in place of giving me information about my physical. I told him that my school would not accept that. I’m not returning to work and guess who gave him the ideal to give me that form. John, the tech. Why are you, the physician, taking advise from the tech. You’re the doctor! Beware! Beware! Beware!
Nice office and friendly staff. Their new iPad sign in system and online login has really sped up the wait times, and you can make appointments and view results from your computer. They accept almost all insurance types and even go out of their way to make sure they can accommodate you. Appointment times are great if you need weekends or evenings. Most lab tests are done in the clinic which saves time.
I've enjoyed my visits to this facility with Doctor Finan- for the last 7 years. Good Doctors and courteous staff.
If I could give them 0 stars I would! I have been to this office multiple times for the same issue, which means I have had to pay copays each time & there was NEVER a solution. After calling them to get a referral, mind you I was calling for almost a week and a half I was told that I have to come in again and speak to the doctor about getting the referral even though in my chart it stated that the referral processing. Diane in the appointment scheduling and Diane from the referral, have a very nasty attitude. It made me take my business elsewhere! When you work in an office there is something called respect for your patience, And both of these like Ladies lack that!
If you are really sick do not walkin or make an appt same day or after 2pm you may never get seen until hrs later. If you just need a place for routine exams this is the place for you.if you have a chronic illness or need help with diagnosis family care partners are the best but you may have to pay more.
This place is awful! How can you consider yourself walk-in but not notify people that you close for lunch from 1 to 2 everyday? Arrived at 12: 40 and was told to wait till 2. Seriously? Do yourself a favor and just go down the street to Crucial Care! This place is a joke. I’m sure all the pill seekers are the ones giving them good ratings.
My mom was seen here. Even though she arrived 15 minutes late, she was still seen with little to no wait time. Friendly and knowledgable staff.
Don’t ever go here! I took off work to be seen at my scheduled appointment time, when I arrived I had to wait an hour to be checked in, then the nurse told me she didn’t know what number to call on my insurance card to verify I had insurance and because I was the doctors last patient the doctor was leaving and to come back tomorrow. I had to call my OBGYN to get the address and phone number for my insurance claims because the nurses at Baymeadows health care are incompetent. And I wasn’t even able to be seen. They are the trash in the medical field. Do not waste your time.
I have been thier patient for many years along with my family. I agree some times wait times are more but that gets offset by friendly doctors and staff. Very accomidating with respect to Appointment changes and same day appointments. (I guess that might be reason for delay in appointment timings). But will recommend this place to any one. They have Lab work, X Ray and most of the generic tests all done in-house which can many times saves lot of time going to multipe locations
This is the worse place to go. They are unprofessional. They don't know what they are doing. I will never advice someone to go to that place.very poor management. All they care about is money not you as a patient. Poor service. I wish i can give them one star.
This is a shockingly money-driven practice. Patients fill in new-patient paperwork on a tablet with a credit card swipe attachment. Once you get to the HIPAA/consent form section, there is a consent form allowing the SALE OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORD to pharmaceutical companies for marketing and research purposes. I'm not usually one to read all of the details before signing, but it is necessary at Baymeadows Healthcare.
We went to the facility for an immigration physical, which they provide for a relatively reasonable price. There are a LOT of add on fees to the immigration physical, and they will attempt to tack on as many as possible.
The doctor was relatively efficient and friendly though it was clear he had not read the record before walking in the room. I don't know that I would return for a true medical concern. The medical assistant was on the lower end of capable. The male nurse was outstanding, and the sole reason that this isn't a one star review.
