Store is always clean. I like shopping on my own with a salesman constantly asking if I need help or buzzing around me. This store let's you have breathing room, but available when you do need someone.

Best Buy is a good store with good customer service. I just HATE how busy it is. Sales representatives are always running around trying to help everyone as fast as possible. It gives me anxiety meah gohd

Same as all other Best Buys. Overpriced and the staff seem to know very little about what they have in store or how the things they have in the store work.

Great selection of appliances. Prices sre competitive. Friendly and knowledgeable staff members. Financing is quick and easy, and anything over $500 is 0% for a year

Went to customer service and asked about batteries for a hand held Garmin GPS. The rep didn't know and asked one of the cashiers who she considered someone who would know. His response was Garmin GPS units didn't have batteries. I replied that they did and was rudely told they didn't. Stay away from Best Buy and go to Amazon.

Well only one in Pensacola, but that's pretty normal for this chain. This particular Best Buy is clean, well stocked, and friendly staffed. Its located near the largest mall in Pensacola so traffic and parking can be an issue at times.

I was ready two give this store a 2 maybe 3 star rating. A couple things could be better. Prices are a bit higher usually, could stay open 1 hour later till 10 p.m, and the bathroom was not up to my standard. We will get to that later I am sure
I was very surprised tonight. I wasn't able to get what I needed at a much better price than I had expected. However, I would not have gotten what I needed if not for the helpful sales associate. I wish I would have gotten his name. I'll remember that next time. I know he wore glasses and was working in the section that I think is called audio-visual. It is near the TVs.
Thanks to him I found out I've been looking for the wrong cord! He found me what I needed and I was out. Maybe spent 10 minutes in the store and that included a trip to the restroom. As I mentioned the restroom was not the cleanest in town (I do have a list of those) However, I do have very high standards when it comes restrooms. The restroom should be dry for the most part, no excessive wetness. We would be fools to assume it's just water. The restroom doesn't have to stink there is no need for foul odors at all times, yes I understand not all of them can be covered up but they can be dealt with. The restroom should have hot and cold water and soap they do not have to be automatic. Must have paper towels, paper towels must be automatic, needs at least two trash cans, and a door the opens outwards to exit.
This Best Buy was a pleasant trip. All the staff was friendly and helpful. If you can't find what you're looking for ask anybody and if they don't know they know somebody that does.

The young lady that work's in tv's cell phones and smart watches I believe her name begins with a T she's a sweet lady who was VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT with me asking a million questions yesterday about smart watches!

Their pricing is pretty competitive, even for some online pricing, but getting help when you need it can vary depending on the time of day. Sometimes I see a group of employees talking in the front next to the TVs, but they seem disinterested in assisting customers.

The buying part of my experience was fantastic but the Geek Squad people we're very put out that I had a question about the device I purchased and made it very clear I was inconveniencing them by asking about my devices. That was just really a let down after the great buying experience I had just had. So yeah The Geek Squad people really suck at the Cordova Mall Best Buy

One star just because I can't give zero. Department manager in computer department named David had to be one of the least customer oriented people I have ever seen in a Best Buy, while trying to buy ink for a printer he just blew me off and I had to research printer for myself and find what I needed. He tried sending me to Office Depot, maybe I should have listened. If I wanted this level of customer service I would use Amazon.

Then while checking out cashier never even ask a single question just scanned items then took over cc machine and bypassed everything. I spent over $100.00 and didn't even get to add my reward points at checkout.

Needless to say I am not going back to this location ever. I have always been treated with respect and had every question answered all across the country until this Best Buy.

The shelves we kinda empty and normally you are tripping over the associates but today I had a hard time finding someone to help me. There was only one cashier so lined were long.

I was verbally harassed by an employee at the Pensacola Best Buy. He has been doing this for the last three months. Would tell the management people but they are all young and don't feel it would make much difference.

Everyone was very helpful EXCEPT for the people I really needed help from in the geek squad department. If the young man who 'helped' me had at least been a little knowledgable of the tablet I bought I could have excused his bad attitude but really it was disappointing especially after the great buying experience I just had. Just really disappointing

I absolutely love going to Best Buy. It is a toy store for adults. The best thing that they have done in recent years is doing price match with Amazon. They do not mind it at all and you can save a lot of money by checking online pricing and asking them to match it.

My little sister (18) went into Best Buy to purchase an Apple Watch for her boyfriend for Christmas. As she works retail, this took her several paychecks to save up for. She walked into the store and asked for a specific color and style and was told that the watch she wanted was the last watch. She happily bought it just to find out when we got in the car that it was not in fact the style or color she requested. She immediately returned it only to have the refund held for several days. Navy Federal was willing to place the money back in her account if Best Buy would fax over a statement saying the refund was in process - but ultimately refused after countless hours on hold with the company and being transferred countless times. Absolute no regard for customer service and no compassion for their customers even on Christmas.

Usually has me covered for all of my electronics needs. Very friendly Customer Service staff!

Had an issue with my Nest Camera's, they gladly exchanged my equipment and informed me of an easier way to return malfunctioning equipment going foward!
