26I bought a TV from them 2 years ago and it has went out twice. On top of that, it is a Sony so there is no way. Best Buy never has to worry about my services again.
If you need Apple Service on your phone, Call FIRST, and make appt. This is the ONLY Service Center for 250 miles. If you don't have a appt, chances are you won't be able to get one. *Apple failed to mention this when calling for Apple service.
Great service, proper amount of staff working so you get assistance, many many options of merchandise available. Cant find it in store, then order online and pick it up.

Not good, went in to price home alarms, spoke to worker in that area twice. But he didn't get back to me. We are older, ask him if he could help again and he said he would when he finished up the customer he had. We said ok and then we saw him with a different customer. We left. Was in town for two reasons, alarms and one other. Sorry
Went in to buy a sound bar that was on sale. Come to find out it was not on sale anymore even though the sales labels where up late. Would not honor sale price. Left empty handed as usual.
