32I am QUEEN of reviews but I give honest thought out reviews. Not rants. My husband and I purchased a dryer and unfortunately it didn’t work. Best Buy was so easy to work with to exchange, didn’t question me one bit. Even allowed me to swap colors (which was huge for me). Both deliveries were so quick but my review is to post how geek squad went above and beyond to make sure my delivery was delivered at the time I requested. I’ve had a lot of deliveries and no company EVER bends over backwards to help their customers. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Hands down, won my business on appliances for life.
Good staff and well ran but stock can be an issue. I recommend calling ahead or use website before traveling down.
Looking for a photo printer. Sales person sold me one. I had to take it back. No problem. I need one that is easy to use. I ordered online. One that has separate paper and photo drawers.
Great service. We were looking to purchase a TV and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. We even had an issue with the remote that same night and returned to have the problem fixed and the staff exchanged it to the correct one.
Clean store and customer service oriented. I only wish they would stock more computer accessories like high gain wifi antennas. Their online store carries them, they should too.
My husband and I came here to purchase some equipment for a gaming computer. We spoke to a gentleman by the name of Keith. My husband was asking him multiple questions he gave an unprofessional attitude towards him. Then once my husband walked away, Keith went to 3 other employees talking badly about my husband within ear shot. This was by far the worst experience we have had here and will not be returning.
The associate was well versed in tablets and accessories. Ended up buying 3 tablets and smart keyboards based off of his recommendation. He was courteous and respectful. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable in the online ordering process.
Excellent store. More than willing to help if an issue arises. Availability of in-stock items was good.
I purchased my Alienware laptop from Best Buy a little over a year ago and it already stopped working (won’t turn on) and needed to be sent in to be fixed. The Geek squad said they will have to send in my laptop to their service center to be fixed because they don’t work on computers in-house. After 3 weeks they call and notify me that the computer is fixed and you can come pick it up. The technician turned on my laptop to make sure everything worked and discovered now that half of the keys on the keyboard did not work. Apparently, the service center didn’t bother checking if everything is functioning before sending it back to the store. Now they have to send my laptop back out again to the service center so it can be repaired a second time. I’m very frustrated and stressed because I have final exams in the next couple of weeks which requires use of my laptop and I don’t have access to another computer. I would think a company the size of Best Buy would have quality control measures in place to prevent this situation from happening.
For all your electronic needs. They are kind of expensive but they are household appliances. The staff are always nice and helpful
Very lazy service from large hispanice male. Seemed like he didn't want to help or answer any questions. Got very aggravated when asked basic questions. The whole store has a very narcissitic feel and if you don't have big bucks to spend prepare for a very deflating experience. Don't waste your time turning into this awkardly placed location, the drive isn't worth the customer service.
Had bought a laptop for my mom and went in to see what kind of manufacturing warrenty I still had on it. They looked it up and had my answer qiuck. Always have had a good experience here at Best Buy.
They had the product I needed in stock. The staff directed me to it, and I was in and out in less than five minutes.
Great selection of any type of electronics that you are looking to purchase and always have friendly and helpfull staff members ready to assist. I had a few issues with some of the equipment, however the exchange proccess has always been smooth.
I had to bring a computer back that I purchased a couple days prior. This store has very friendly customer service agents and made the exchange quickly and apologized for the inconvenience.
Placed order online. Said it would be available in 1 hour. Drove down to Brandon to pick it up the next day and they are out of stock. Spoke to the manager to give them a chance to retain my business. Manager (Stephen) was not helpful in the least. Canceled this order and other pending order (over $1,700). I will never set foot in this store again.
Geek squad refused to answer basic questions given the parameters of buying a PC from BestBuy. Wasn't asking for for details on performance. Kept refeerrreme to 800 num.
Frankie was the associate that assisted my today. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable with the product.
Best Buy has most computer needs cell phones are okay but the selections on TVs are incredible I always did love Best Buy I hope you do also
