Best Buy, Brandon FL

I purchased my Surface Book 2 at this location, cell phone accessories and home alarm system. I recently just purchased a Dyson as well.the people who work in the store or definitely above the normal Best Buy employee standards. I highly recommend this location above all others.

The store had a wide variety of things that I was interested in and I was greeted and helped by a knowledgeable associate which was nice, and was helpful on different things that I bought.
I like how they offered me to pay off my item in 6 months with zero APR. That safe me money!

Once again. BB did not carry the item I wanted in the size that I needed.booooo to the inventory guys.

Flawless stereo installation in my car. Technician even sir a good amount of time afterwards waking me through operation

Great service at this location, especially consideration for a person who is shopping for a new television that's bigger than 50 inches. And they even loaded it into my truck along with my wheelchair. Plus they even have a decent to good selection of Lp's and players.

I still think that Chrome cast is the best device I got for my tv house and I keep recommending it to my family members, thankfully, they do. I like this store, always competitive price. Best place for laptops cameras, Tv, I'll keep going to Best buy, I'm a satisfied customer. I love my SMART TV.

Went for a new refrigerator. Many to choose from. Salesman Bill was very knowledgeable, attentive and patient. Helped us bring the price down on the model we wanted. Have purchased our flat screen tv, computer, printer, two galaxy phones, digital camera and multiple other items.
Drawback is the lengthy checkout process with a lot of paperwork.

Pretty good, customer service could use some manners training and a reminder that without customers they don't have no job.

I purchased two ring home security cameras. My sales person was Sydney. She was extremely pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in assisting me to make my decision on the product. I also don't have to worry about installation as Best Buy took care of that task as well.

Felt the salesman was annoyed to answer questions I had regarding my purchase & was trying to up-sell me. This is the second time I experienced this at the Brandon Bestbuy. One other purchase the salesman was honest, knowledgeable, & patient.
