Best Western Plus University Inn, Boca Raton FL

Although this is an older hotel it was a very, very updated and very clean well manage during the pandemic as far as the hot breakfast and social distanced.

Very safe secure place to stay. The Hot tub and pool was nice and was clean. The Best Western is close to everything centrally located. The staff was very accommodating.

Close to my nice and very clean. Breakfast staff not real nice. But you can over look it for everything else. Pool and hot tub is clean and very nice.

Good location, only a couple of miles north or south to the beach. It was an older hotel but well kept; both the grounds and the room. Great breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage. Inexpensive for the area too.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, the beds are comfy. Would recommend and can not wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The staff were fantastic, rooms are good quality, well proportioned the way they fix the towels are modern standard, nothing was too much to ask and they were always trying to go out of their way to help. Food was delicious. Very well managed.

Good breakfast. Eggs sausauge waffles yogurt cereal liked the rooms decore is awesome. Pool and hot tub were large. Close to shopping dining. No problem finding things u need. Great staff. Clean. Felt safe. Parking is good. Older hotel but very well kept. Very nice. Close to beach.

Took me awhile to write this because I couldn't think of what I appreciated most about bwp hotel: -Faultless attention from staff, who actually seem to like people and are pleased to work there. I don’t typically write reviews but last weekend stay at best western was so extraordinary that I had to share. I can't say enough about the customer service of the staff. The second you step out of the car, you're greeted by a smile & lovely welcome. The rooms and amenities are very clean. I come with the group and the housekeepers supervisor help me alot I couldn't found the laundry room she left what she was doing to show it to me I will definitely come back!

I wanted to comment on Woodline.she helped us at check in with our room.she is an amazing person. People like her are hard to find. I have been to many hotel and her personality stood out. This company is blessed to have an employee that loves what she does and I can see how great she is with people. I don’t usually leave ratings but I needed to comment on her.she made a difference at our check in. Loved the food, the room and the service, but the housekeepers very ignorant.

4 Stars for a 2.5 Star hotel. I would have expected less, but was pleasantly surprised for several reasons. First, our room was huge and the beds were very comfortable and well made. The decor was ok. There was a fridge and microwave and the furniture was generous.
Breakfast was great! I have gotten really tired of hotel breakfasts which are usually terrible but the breakfast here is actually really good. The sausage was fresh, waffles quite yummy, hash browns and egg omelets were quite good.

Really enjoy this hotel. Relaxed atmosphere, Great breakfast buffet, eggs, bacon/sausages, good coffee, toast, oatmeal, fruits, grill for waffles. Nice pool and hot tub. Short drive to the beach. Clean rooms.

Check -in process was hectic and a nightmare, and took about 45 minutes. I was the only patron checking in, so I'm not sure what the issue was. The room itself was decent and comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but good enough to grab-and-go. Okay for a short one night stay to pass through. Room was clean and had no unpleasant smells. Handicap accessible as room was on the first floor. Can be a little loud outside your door as people walk past rooms outside in this motel setup.

Nice room, which included a refrigerator and microwave at a reasonable price. Great, central location near to amenities.

I am a returning guest at this hotel. The hotel is nice but a little outdated, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. Hotel staff are great.

Very clean rooms and great service. The hotel is unique in that it has a courtyard in the center around the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

It's an older style hotel/motel, but the rooms are nice and newly renovated. Well worth the money it's a great deal. The pool was big and nice. The jacuzzi was great also and in working order.

Parking not enough handicap parking one room was made up had to call several times finally had to chase down maid to get done.towels and coffee in rooms not restocked had to ask for them

The staff at front desk were amazing! They make you feel welcome and help with anything you need! Great people!
