Best Western Plus University Inn, Boca Raton FL

Only has CNN on in breakfast room. Numerous people asked to change it, they refuse. They should put on a LOCAL NEWS CHANNEL. WON'T OFFEND ANYONE and GUESTS WILL BE able to hear local weather, and local news interests.

We stayed here in June 2018 and were pleasantly surprised the hotel is very clean and tidy with a very friendly atmosphere and well managed hotel it is maintained impeccably and the staff are always available to help you will definitely book this hotel next time we visit from the United Kingdom

Clean rooms people are nice at work there and it has a pool the noise level is a little high it is centrally located I should have given it four stars but since it's so outdated and needs renovation I figured three I haven't given any place on anyting five stars yet so take that for what it's worth

Our stay at the Best Western Plus University Inn in Boca Raton, FL was very nice. It had a very tropical feel to it and the room was very clean and really nice. The beds were very comfortable & it had everything we needed for our stay. The person at the front desk was very nice and explained everything to us. We would definitely stay there again.

Every one there are very helpful recommend very clean really nice rooms I'll come back again thumbs up

The service at this hotel is impeccable.especially woodline the hskp supervisor, my mom and i was very tired and hungry when we check in but we didn't have a car to go buy food.when woodline come to bring us towels i told her to help me oder a pizza she was very sweet by helping us out.she so polite and kind. All gold everything. Also very clean, anything you needed was already in the room.my room number is 118.

Check-in was quick and pleasant. Rooms were nice, fully equipped w/blow dryer, microwave, coffee maker and fridge and very clean. Staff was courteous but slow to respond to needs. They provide an outdoor smoking/ picnic area that was kept neat most of the time. Pool was very nice. I'd stay here again.

Love this place. Reasonable price includes breakfast. I go once a year on way to Bahamas. Staff is awesome!

Staff was nice. Really clean. The Jacuzzi didn't work, wouldn't get warm. The pool was actually warmer.lol but breakfast and the entire stay was gr8!

Nice place, relaxing and quiet, staff was friendly and the prices (room rates, as well as snacks, laundry needs.) were reasonable. Continental breakfast was good food was freshly replaced when it got low and there was a coffee maker in the room as well as coffee in the lobby (think I like my coffee.) Overall a good place that I will stay in again

We stayed at this hotel for a vacation to the beaches in Boca Raton. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is very professional and helpful, and the pool and hot tub are awesome. The hotel is very close to a lovely beach and we had a great time. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I have been here a week and the hot tub has been stone cold for all but one day! I like the accommodations, the breakfast and particularly the house keeper who has done a great job. However the management doesn't seem to care that the spa which was our primary reason for staying here is broken. We have stayed here in the past but doubt we will return without some compensation for our loss. Will post updates.

If you are looking for an expensive one night stop this is the place. I would never go back here. Rooms are totally outdated. Way over priced. I have good luck typically with Best Western but this was not a good one. The room we were given was by the back gate to enter the property and kept slamming late into the night and early morning. The cleanliness is subpar. The room was dark and not very inviting. Not much space for bags and toiletries, especially with more than 2 people in a room. Only a couple outlets to charge devices. Completely unsatisfactory. I booked for 3 nights and left after 1. Probably would not have even stayed the 1 night but had plans that night and no time to find a new hotel the day I checked in.

If you are going to Boca Raton for vacation or a business trip this is the best place in town to stay. Beautiful hotel with every amenity.room look very nice and bed well made.

This hotel was absolutely stunning. The garden area/pool were breath taking. Rooms were clean and the beds were one of the most comfortable ive experienced in a hotel. The staff was very knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly.

Amazing location great service, I check in yesterday n room 101 the aide of housekeeping was very nice we told her we need extra pillow, and condition it was a pleasure for her to go get them for us. I promised to give her a good review for her help.it was a joy to stay at BWPU

I just check out and it was a pleasure to stay at BWPU.housekeeping doing a wonderful job.everything was clean.the hsk supervisor give us extra pillow and was very nice.she make us feel very welcome i dont remember her name but she doing a great job.
