Big Chief Tire, Jacksonville FL

Have been using BCT since 1987. They are the only tire shop as far as I am concerned. Once again they went above and beyond.

I had a flat tire. It was an hour before their closing time when I got there. They got the tire repaired within the hour for a reasonable price. I will go there again.

Guys in the shop are great been coming to Big Cheif for aptoxx 30 yrs I remember when fritz was running the show with Cas working the desk in the shop and I have been coming back for 30byrs so that should say something about thier seevice

I had the worst experience dealing with this shop for a very simple task (according to them) & I’ve dealt with plenty of wheel & tire places before. I dropped off a set of brand new wheels and tires with ZERO miles on them to be dismounted & was assured this would be a quick and easy job. I planned on having them mounted back on ASAP. But during the dismount the wheels were scratched & damage to the tires. LITTLE DID THEY TELL ME that the damage to the tires would make them unusable and I didn’t find out until I came back to have them mounted back on. They aren’t taking any responsibility for it. They’re saying “oh it’s a common thing with low profile tires”, when there was no word of this when the dismount happened only days prior. No reimbursements. No help on getting the tires replaced. Nothing. So a brand new set of Pirelli tires are now TRASHED due to their carelessness.

I took my truck in for a simple front end alignment picked it up at 12: 00 and my steering wheel was not even straight and it was it was straight when I took it to them took it back at 4: 30 and it took them over an hour to straighten the steering wheel now my truck is pulling to the left which is never pulled at all and now they're trying to blame it on the tires when it did not pull till after I took it the second time

I blew my tire on the highway and they had just closed, but dropped everything and helped me put on my spare! Was super impressed with how they went above and beyond! A great place all around!

I was told some time ago that the techs at Big Chief Tire on Normandy were the vehicle alignment specialist so I finally gave them a shot. They didn’t disappoint, I was a walk-in but they got me in and out in under 30 mins. All the employees were professional and pleasant. My overall visit was a win-win and oh yea the price for services was fair. Would have been truly awesome if they offered a military discount being this is a military town. Will return.

Nice work BCT! Nice to have a shop I can trust fully in our neighborhood. First time user, but will become a lifelong customer.

Clean environment for customers; Mechanics always seem focused and courteous; Usually they meet you at the car, listen and get right on the issue; prices are not over the top and wait time is not bad.

This is what family business should be everywhere. They really take care of their customers to make sure they are happy and 200% satisfied.

I have used Big Chief before, however it had been a while. But, after taking my Honda Fit to Duval honda to repair 2 broken lug studs, and they told me it was going to cost $450, I called Big Chief and talked to Amdro. He said bring it in. After only an hour and a half, they texted and said it was done and price was $48. Great service great price.

Big Chief has been my go to tire store for longer than I want to remember. They are always ready to assist even 5 minuets before closing time.

Came in with a tire that was leaking stared I had limited time and they rushed to fix the tire, excekjebt service I would highly recommend.

I always come here for tires and and if anything feels wrong with my vehicle (this is the 3rd different vehicle I have brought here)
I have been coming here for about 7 years and refuse to take my vehicle to anyone else. I absolutely trust the people that work at Big Chief and if they tell me I need some thing done with my vehicle, I dont hesitate to have them do it.

Big chief was amazing. The staff was so nice and they worked me in quickly. I will continue to go there and recommend all my friends and family to the location on Normandy Blvd.

Recommend these guys, highly. They didn't have the tires I wanted in stock and were able to get them in the next day! Mind you, when I called it was about an hour before they closed. When I showed up the next day they took care of me and were very quick with getting me taken care of. I had them put 4 new tires on, balance, Install, and align them.

Quick service! The customer service is awesome from the guys out in the bays to the entire staff in the office.
