Great service! It seemed busy when i came in to get my tires rotated as well as check out one tire with a slow leak. However, they were very efficient and professional and my wait was minimal. In addition the techs were knowledgeable and friendly.

The prices were better than anywhere in Jacksonville, the people were friendly and the brand name tires make my car feel like new! It was a great experience all the way around.

So you buy a warranty for $15 to replace a $50 tire (when and if need be) to pay $38 for them to put the new one on.

Brought Jeep in to have right rear brake adjuster replaced. Asked the technician to just replace both rear automatic brake adjusters. He called me and told me the brakes were fine. He obviously did NOT test drive vehicle as the right rear adjuster is still going "thump, thump, thump" every time the brakes are applied.

Great service I recommend Big Chief to our Family and friends. Great service convienent location, brought the van in for service this morning rode my bike to LakeShore Bicycles and returned when repairs completed

Great customer service. Had a leveling kit and rims/tires installed on a Tahoe in less than 3 hours. Looked amazing and drives great! Will go back to Big Chief and will recommend them to everybody!

I called to see if they had my tired in stock, they didnt. They did inform me that they will have one within the hour and they will notify me once it get there. I received a call 45mins later letting me know the tire is at the store. Once there, I literly walked across the street to grab a bit for lunch (30 min lunch) they had the tire changed ready to go and I even made it back to work before my break was over. Kudos to Big Chief Tires on Normandy.

I called Big Chief and talked to Robert about some tires that I had looked at 6 months ago. He was able to have them at the shop on my appointment day. I also asked him to have the front brakes serviced, and go ahead and get the parts so I could have it all done at once. Everything was done while I waited and I left very happy and saved a lot of time. This is my second large van. Big Chief has always done a great job for me at a reasonable price.

Needed 2 tires replaced. Called Big Chief and Reid gave me a great price. Came in and Dan had the tires changed out in record time. I was. In and out in under 40 minutes. Great service and I'll definitely be a returning customer.
