I was surprised at some of the items they had their at discounted prices very good store will return.

Visited store and haven't been in long time suprisely it was very organized and clean. Prices was reasonable! Great job Big Lots!

Store is much cleaner, however, noticed that prices have gone up. This used to be a very inexpensive chain. Not now.

I looooove BIG LOTS. They just seem to have all the finds in a one stop shop at affordable prices.

Nice items, some good prices. Many items were not marked with a price tag and employees were somewhat hard to come by. The manager (?) was very intense bordering on frantic in his interactions with customers and employees that made me quite uncomfortable. Nice store to go in and browse but don't go there with a specific need.

Boyfriend and I bought a sofa there, although we had a truck, I asked what the delivery fee was and Mr. White informed us it was $8, this did not sound right so I verified it with him 3 times. When the delivery came it was $75! I called the store to find out, they would not do anything about this and this is their delivery charge. I advised them that had I known it was $75 I would have taken the couch home myself the 3.5 miles and the only reason I chose the delivery was because I was told it was $8 otherwise we would have put it in our truck and took it home ourselves and to make matters worse, Big Lots didn't want to hear anything about it, didn't even want to look into the matter let alone offer some type of resolution.

I like shopping at Big lots because of the great deals you can get there. The cashier that assisted me was awesome, she was so friendly and professional that she made me feel welcome and I will definitely go back. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Omg I love this store! I love the inventory and the staff, always have new items and they store is always neat an organized!

Despite the virus that is going around big lot had most of the items I use in my home daily and at a reasonable price. No toilet paper but did have cleaning supplies & paper towels.

Today one of the associates by the name of Robert took his time and helped me find the item I was searching for. After another associate left me hanging. Thanks Robert

I particularly like this Big Lots because of all the great little finds you can encounter. And you can't beat them on price. Even on regular brand name items. The downside is that the inventory is not always regular. Dont expect to find something you bought there 6 months ago still on the shelf. If you see it now, grab it!

It is always a pleasure shopping at Big Lots for their tremendous sales on their products. Everyone is so helpful when asking questions. It is an excellent place to shop when you are a senior citizen on a budget. It is a awesome place with amazing prices. Kudos Kudos Kudos to Big Lots Company.

This store is a high selling store due to the convenient location. As a result of high sells they receive more merch options for customers. I like their end of the season clearance sells. Customer service need to improve. The older caucasian that cashiered for yrs at this location is always grumpy. Furniture Dept dont like to answer the phone. Overall the store lines are busier in the evening & but they're well stocked.

The prices are good but always such a long line to check out because not enough clerk's so it becomes a long process.

Has a lot of everyday items we use daily at discounted prices. From paper goods, canned foods, kitchen gadgets, home goods, seasonal decorations, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture.tools, laundry, snacks, small appliances.pet supplies.health and beauty.batteries, flashlighs, hardware and much more.

The lines to check out are really not bad and the employees are always friendly. Sometimes I go just to wander and see what I can find, and I ALWAYS find something. I love this store.

No frills discount store with a large variety of categories, with imited amount of items in each. Great for large families to purchase items like paper goods, towels and small kitchen items. They even have some furniture.

The workers are very helpful they don't only just tell you where to but they will also take you there very helpful and courteous

Very friendly staff, easy to return a merchandise, great variety of decors, house ware, out door furniture @ 50% off plus the store is very spacious and clean. Ah they also have food and a lots snacks.
