I would give this location five stars but the management here is really bad. They never hop on a register to help lines when they form and anytime I’ve ever needed management assistance they act like you’re an inconvenience. Other than that I really enjoy shopping here. This store is kept nice and neat; also their prices you can’t compete with. One last criticism, they should remodel their restrooms. The ladies room isn’t in the best shape.

Sufficient place to find every day household objects. They have a little bit of everything and can be found at a decent price. My only concern is that there can be an object you want one second and the next day its not. It seems there is a limited supply of certain miscellaneous products and they wont be there for long.

A very happy to help staff, and let's be real, the prices are awesome, the weekly deals and the amount of money you can save by signing up to rewards makes the experience of shopping at big lots a great experience

Friendly staff member Donna was very helpful during check out. She also invited me to open a Big lots credit card (after years of shopping at Big Lots I did not know that they offered a store credit card) I applied and was able to use my new card to pay for my items.

The store manager on duty was also very helpful with a 3 piece desk and chair set I wanted to buy.

I would defintely recommend Big Lots for everyday purchases at a bargain.

I found a number of great things to decorate my new office.and pillows galore. I wish they still sold lighting

It's. Only one cashier a pleasant, more mature lady. She is very helpful and at the time 4pm, 10.17.17 she was the only Staff I saw in the entire store, she was willing to assist me when I walked in and was bewildered ; searching for a shopping cart, she didn't leave her check out line but looked up, noticed me and instructed Me all while effectively performing her cashier duties.

Store is very organized, Rudy, Marrisa and think his name is Jose, very customer service orientated and helpful.

Been shopping here for several years. No complaint with staff, but will stop going here because homeless man sits by entrance begging. I will pay more at other stores to avoid the discomfort. Bye.
