This place is horrible they move extremely slow. They do more talking amongst themselves so your waiting more then you should. You see workers trying to wipe down the beds 20 times to avoid taking a patient it’s unfortunate it makes ppl not want to go back unorganized center when they do finally call you instead of having everything they need they have to keep going back and forth getting the stuff.the new machines they have now go extremely slow so your there even longer.if personally they had a different location near by I would go there but they don’t HORRIBLE

I just moved to Miami on March 8th, so my last donation was on March 7th. But on my last donation for the first time ever my vein was infiltrated by someone new. So on that note, I’d like to say a “BIG THANK YOU” to a very beautiful female employee “MARWA” for taking care of my arm with an ice pack and asking me often if I was okay. Thank you Biomat USA for hiring employees like her! And I definitely miss them all at that location. A definite. 5 ***** STARS for me!

I've been coming here now for about 3 months and I must say everyone here is absolutely amazing Britney B, aiesha Anna the manager Jose even though gentleman behind the glass actually dealing with the plasma Aisha sat there with me one Sunday even after it was time for her to leave and was determined to find a vein in my arm because I was there and she stated she didn't want anyone here to waste their time I just love it here I won't go anywhere else I've heard her was horror stories about other plasma centers great job ladies and gentlemen

Love the staff here! They are very friendly and always make me feel welcome. Special thanks to Brittany B. She is the best phlebotomist here!

Got hurt there bad in December and not only did there own medical staff tell me i needed to go to the emergency room immediate they said it was done by a brand new person. After They stopped answering my emails and calls and when i went there they said to contact there corporate office. I finally got a call a week ago.this happened on December 15! God help you if you get hurt there, they are not equipped or trained for any medical problems arising. DONT GO! They put brand new people doing these things with no training

Been coming here for years and this is the worst needle stick I've had. Never let SARA (skinny with long dark hair in a low ponytail & glasses) touch you. She is terrible. Most painful stick ever and when I said it hurt she looked at me, covered it with gauze an turned. I said this really hurts and she kept going. It immediately went to no flow and hurt too much to pump. I had to get a real phlebotomist to come fix it. Little girl you are not skilled enough for all that attitude. Please put her in processing or at the desk because she should not be touching sharp things.

This is a great place to give played plasma safely, everybody is very professional friendly and do a great job With the needle most of the time you don’t feel a thing but if you run cold remember to bring a sweatshirt or something because it’s cold in there

Not recommended at all they stereotype you, if you are over 50 bring your life medical history or they kick you out. I donated in others places and was smooth and they don't insult your intelligence.

Been to all the plasma places in the area, this is the worst. The extra money the first couple times is not worth how rough they are with needles, and how ridiculously long you have to wait. I never leave bad reviews but Two bad experiences in a row? Cmon.

Staff is nice. But when the chairs arent even filled up and you got to wait over an hour to just get hooked up is crazy. Either need more staff or i suggest finding a new plasma place waiting 3 hours isnt cool when your donating to help save lives. This is the only one that takes over an hr to even get u in a chair

Called before I came, was told I’d be seen. Drove there immediately from 30 minutes away only to be told I would NOT be seen. I asked to speak with a manager and waited 15 minutes with no one coming to speak to me. Absolutely poor customer service!

The process may take a while, but the center is clean with a friendly staff. The managers I delt with are great, even the Physician that did my physical was nice and made me feel human. Chris is great and Zues is the man!

My first time donating here and everyone is so nice and everything is clean. When I was laying down for the physical my phone fell out of my pocket but the physician caught it before it hit the floor. I now owe this man a life debt.

I love it here, the staff is well trained and nice.they have games, books and movies available to watch while you donate plasma for amazing causes. I will recommend to everyone.
