Biotest Plasma Center, Plasma Donation Centers / Biomat USA, Royal Palm Beach FL

I really hate to give a bad review because the technicians there are very nice and personable. The new pay system is a terrible ripoff. They previously paid a total over 300 a month. Now the maximum you can make a month is 280 and that's if you go twice a week. It was questionable with the previous pay and now they're giving less! Yet they tried to make it seem like it was a good thing. I will be finding a different donation center even though I enjoy the staff.

If I could give no stars I would. They try everything to give you less money. They take 3 hours just for a normal donation. Immutek is the best. They could be packed and your in and out in an hour or less. They also bash other donation centers when they lost my file and are completely understaffed. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I cannot wrap my head around the fact that 90% of everyone who came in after me was a cracked out looking homeless person or drug dealer. I HOPE there is a better screening process for what material is used from this place. It is VERY concerning to say the least that I may require something someday that comes from one of these places based on what I saw here

About 80% of the people working there do good work; But the other 20% are rude and pissy and do a half ass job.

I've never encountered a business so terrible at answering their phone calls. Early in the morning, afternoon, evening - I've called them multiple times this week and they never pick up. I just wanted you to take my plasma, Jesus lol.

This facility is awesome. My first visit took a little which is to be expected. But even though they were crazy busy they always leave me know what was going on. My 3 visits after that have been super quick. And from Tami to Klyvland it's a quick stick and they got it 1st time. U usually bruise and have yet had that happen. Everyone is super friendly. I also love Haley and her outgoing personality! For a 1st time this was an awesome experience!

I have been calling for 5 days in a row since 11am to 6pm. No one has picked up. Is this place open? !

I came in to check it out Stacy was more than helpful explained everything to me thoroughly I can't wait to come back

After donating with Biotest since 2012, I was told I was ineligible due to a error in their documentation from 2 years ago. The manager was very condescending and basically called me a liar. I will go get the documentation they asked for o my to show the manager that I was not lying but will never donate again. No wonder so many of their donors are going to the new center, Immunotek.
